We got to the spot where were supposed to meet them at and we just sat in the truck and waited.

Then I heard a noise. So did Bear. "That's not a helicopter!" I said. "No it's not!" Bear said.

I hurried and turned on the cb. "Anyone got they're ears on!" I asked. "Yeah babygirl we're loading up the helicopter now." My eyes widened.

"So that's not you Daddy?" I asked you. "No monkey it's not me! Why do you guys hear something?" Daddy asked me.

"Yeah a vehicle in the distance!" I told him. "You're going to have to meet us on the run daddy!" I told him. "Then go I will find you!" We took off with Bear driving.

"No you can't turn off the lights Bear how is Daddy supposed to find us?" I asked him.

"I will turn them back on Thumper when I hear the helicopter!" I just nodded my head.

All of a sudden I was seeing lights shine in front the back of the truck so I got up and looked climbed into the back seat and slid open the back window and looked out.

My eyes widened when I saw a big like 4x4 behind us. "BEAR IT DON'T MATTER ABOUT THE LIGHTS THIS HUGE 4X4 HAS OFF ROADS ON TOP AND ON THERE FRONT THERE ALL OVER!" I climbed back over and on the floor and reached under my seat and pulled out my case for my rifle.

I started putting together and started loading it up with ammo.

I climbed over again and took aim for one of the lights and shot and took it out.

I just kept shooting taking them out and then I aimed for the tire and took it out and it flipped and I aimed again and I shot out the gas tank and aim and started shooting out the engine and the thing blew up.

I turned around and busted out laughing. "That will teach them!" Bear busted out laughing. "You don't miss do you?" He asked me. "Not usually!" I told him.

I slid close the window and climbed back to the front seat and unloaded my rifle and took it apart and put it away and slid it back under the seat.

"That's one of my special weapons!" I told him. He couldn't stop laughing at me.

"My other one is my bow!" I told him as I sat beside him. "Cool!" He told me. Then I heard the helicopter and Bear flipped on the lights and stopped the truck.

I got out of the truck and I was jumping up and down waving my arms up in the arm the air for my daddy. I could hear Bear laughing at me.

Daddy landed at got out of the helicopter and I made a bee line for him and climbed him like a monkey and wrapped my little body around him and he wrapped his arms around me.

"Hi babygirl I missed you too!" He told me. "Teddy hiding in your truck?" I nodded my head. "Go see momma I'm going to talk to him nothing bad monkey!" He told me.

It gave me a chance to give momma my clues. "Okay Daddy!" I went and climbed momma and whispered in her ear. She just nodded her head. She carried me up to the back up the truck and busted out laughing.

"Who ducked tapes it's mouth like that?" Momma asked me. "Bear did Momma!" I told her.

"Babe, Teddy duck tape it's mouth shut!" Daddy came over and looked. "Now how the hell he do that?" My daddy asked.

"He went after my Thumper! I snuck up behind him wrapped my arm around his throat and started wrapping duck tape around his throat!" Bear told them.

"Thumper!" Daddy asked. "Yeah she thumps people so she's my Thumper! Plan and simple!" Bear told him.

"Okay then guess that his nickname for you then monkey just like yours is Bear for him!" Daddy told me.

"Hey we're best friends we talked we made promises to each other and I was the one to seal it you taught me that daddy!" I started backing up when I showed Daddy how from the time he found me and each one Everytime and I showed momma too.

"WHAT!" Oh, oh momma not happy with daddy! "DADDY! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! NOT MOMMA BUT ME?" I asked him.

"Oh shit now you done it and I just fucked up again without even knowing it damn it!" I hurried and flew out of the way because momma went after Daddy.

"EDWARD COME HERE A MINUTE PLEASE I NEED TO TALK TO YOU ALONE!" Bear told my daddy.

Momma and I walked away. "So how is Teddy going?" Momma asked me. "Really good! He says it helps him that he can feel me but I rewoken up everything inside of him so that helped to momma!" I told her.

"It's a good idea about helping us trapped the creatures it helps us big time because we don't know how many are out there and especially of that thing right now and you can start killing it now. We have one again!" She told me.

"Oh goody!" I told her. "I brought you your bow and arrows." She told me and went and got them for me and gave them to me.

"Thank you momma!" Daddy picked me. "Now you have extra gas to be careful out there please!" He told me.

"I will daddy and you can trust Bear he protects me! I love you both! Now go before that thing senses you here daddy!" He gave me a kiss on the cheek and set me down and they got into the helicopter and I ran and got into the truck and Bear started driving again.

Tears started falling from my eyes because I had to leave them again.

Bear put his arm around me and I leaned against him and that's how I fell asleep.

I woke up and we were still in the front seat but bear was sleeping now just sitting back and it was morning.

I got up on my knees and started looking around and then I saw something on the ground kinda covered up and I reached behind me and started shaking Bear.

"What is it Thumper?" He asked me. "There something in front of the truck on the ground kinda of buried and I don't know what it is!" I told him.

He sat up really fast and looked and both of us got out got out of the truck and went to go look at it.

I kneeled down and unburied it. "It's a backpack!" He quickly turned around and kneeled down and looked.

"It's my backpack!" He said. "Let me see that first so I can find the tracker first!" He handed the bag to me and I sat down and dumped everything out first out of all the pockets and the inside of it and started looking through everything and I found it and held it in my hand.

"That's a tracker I thought it was a stupid little toy I had since my parents got killed." He told me.

"That's your tracker Bear and how they always found you!" I threw it up in the air and blew it up.

"Now you can have your bag back Bear!" I told him. He started feeling around the empty bag though and then he flipped it inside out and ripped open a spot and three rings fell out and one was small and he picked up the small one and reached for my left hand.

"This one is a promise ring and will grow with you Thumper! It has it's own protection spell on it. But since you're my Thumper it's now yours. It will go on your right hand when I replace with the second ring." He told me.

He slid the promise ring on my ring finger and a glow covered the both of us.

"I'm getting you one Bear!" I told him. "Okay!" He told me. He leaned over and gave me a quick kiss and started picking up everything.

"Why do you keep doing that?" I asked him. "Doing what?" He asked me. "Giving me a kiss! Where not sealing no promises!" I told him.

"Because I want too! Get over it Thumper it's just a simple on the lips. You're my Thumper I can do that!" He told me.

I busted out laughing at him. So I snuck a quick kiss from him. He just shrugged his shoulders and continued what he was doing.

"Come on we can get back up to camp now!" He told me. We got back into the truck and he started driving again and I fell asleep again.

I sure have been sleeping a lot that is for sure. Maybe I'm just finishing healing.

I woke up and we were sleeping in the backseat now.

Then I sensed something walking around outside the truck and I started Bear awake but before he said anything I covered my little hand over his mouth.

That's when he sensed it too. He took my hand off his mouth and just kept it in his hand holding it.

Then we heard someone trying to get into the doors. I was just glad I had dark tinted windows and you couldn't see inside but you can see out.

We didn't move or make a sound and we knew it was a person.

Then Bear snuck up to the front seat and took off like a bat of hell driving my truck and I busted out laughing laying in the back seat still.

"Are you playing my trick Bear?" I asked him laughing. "Sure am Thumper!" He busted out laughing you should of saw his face. He was about to reach into the back of our truck!" He told us.

"Who's truck?" I asked him. "Ummm, your truck Thumper!" He said this time.

"That's right! I haven't said share my baby yet! I said you can drive it not claim it!" I told him and he busted out laughing.

"But Thumper aren't we supposed to share everything?" He asked me. My eyes widened and I got up behind him and looked at him.

"What exactly am I supposed to be sharing here?" He gave me a poo poo grin.

"Everything!" He turned his head and gave me a quick kiss and turned and looked back out the window and I just blinked at him.

"Okay! But you wreck our baby I thump your ass!" I told him. "I wouldn't have it any other way Thumper!" He told me and kissed me again still looking out the window and just kept driving and it was just a simple kiss.

I could get use to this. It's just a kiss no yucky sloppy wet kiss!

Eww! I scrunched my nose when I remembered those nasty thoughts.

I slammed myself back against the back seat. Not something I want to remember and I started rubbing the side of my head squinting my eyes because now I was getting one of my darn headaches and usually daddy knew how to help take it away.

"Thumper come here!" I did what Bear asked me and and he made me lay down on his lap and he started to softly scratch where it hurt on my head and I closed my eyes and fell back asleep.
