Chapter 4 (M)

Lorena’s heat cycle had come again. Every time it did, countless “appointments” had already been arranged long ago during those “wanderings” she barely remembered except for the lingering sense of her own satisfaction.

Yes. To put it bluntly, she had both done the deed and talked big about it. But her targets were always naïve young girls, just stepping into adulthood. Naturally, a few sweet words, words she herself didn’t even take seriously, were treated by those girls as solemn promises.

The doorbell rang.

Lorena, looking worn out and sluggish, went to open the door. The corner of her lips twitched. The heat of her rut threatened to surge back into her body, unwilling to continue dissipating outward.

The moment the door opened, she immediately tried to slam it shut again. If things were that easy, she wouldn’t be stuck in this damned situation.

The door was only a hair’s breadth from the frame when it suddenly turned rigid as stone, refusing to move any further. Lorena closed her eyes and, despite herself, kept pushing forward.

But her body was slowly forced backward along with the door being pushed open.

“Hello!” Natsha beamed, dimples appearing on her cheeks. Lorena, however, couldn’t smile at all.

“Hello my ass!” She snapped irritably. “How did you know where I live?”

Lorena shot Natsha a sharp glare.

“You. were. following. me?” She ground out.

Natsha shook her head from side to side.

“Do I look like that kind of person?”

Lorena truly wanted to kick that face.

Yeah. She’s worse than that! That damn liar!

But she knew perfectly well that whatever happened next wouldn’t be anything good. So the urge rising from the depths of her heart was forcibly suppressed.

Natsha took a deep breath.

“Smells really good.” She sighed in admiration.

Lorena gritted her teeth at that reaction. If anyone else complimented the scent of her pheromones, she would be unbearably proud. How could an alpha with top-tier traits not smell good?

But when it came to the person in front of her, she only wished she could hide every trace of scent on her body let alone her pheromones.

Ignoring how violently her body resisted the restraint of her pheromones, Lorena forced them all back in, suppressing her scent completely.

The rich scent of red wine lingering in the air suddenly disappeared, making Natsha pout.

“Spit it out!” Lorena snapped impatiently. “What are you here for?”

Natsha grew shy, poking her two index fingers together.

“Well… you’re in heat!”

Lorena shuddered. What kind of behavior was this? She didn’t think she used to be all that normal either! After all, she used to find this person’s behavior quite pleasing to the eye.

“What the hell is wrong with you?”

Natsha clicked her tongue at her reaction.

“I thought you liked it?”

Before Lorena could come up with a response, the doorbell rang again.

She shot Natsha a glare. Natsha, knowing her place, slipped behind the door to hide.

The wooden door opened. The delicate features of a female omega immediately caught her eye. A milky candy scent radiated from her.

“Lorena!” The girl smiled sweetly.

“Trixi!” Lorena looked at her in confusion. “Is something wrong?”

Her voice sounded as usual. She truly didn’t pay much attention to the girls she had once “met.” It was just that her memory was good. Adding one more name and face to her mental list wasn’t difficult.

But to someone listening in, it felt entirely different.

“Yes!” The girl blushed, her cheeks flushed pink. “I came to help you, like I promised.”

A promise made in the heat of the moment. How could she possibly remember that? She hadn’t even been listening!

“A promise?”

It was only a simple question. But the girl misunderstood, thinking Lorena was too embarrassed to say it out loud.

“Last time, you helped me get through my heat!” The milk candy-scented girl said. “I promised I’d help you through your heat!”

"BANG!"

The door suddenly slammed shut. Lorena was dragged away before she could say anything. The omega outside stood there, stunned and bewildered.

“What the hell are you...” She didn’t even finish her sentence before Natsha forcefully kissed her.

Lorena couldn’t even catch her breath. She had always been the one making others breathless. She had never been the one gasping like this.

The strong scent of sea breeze spread through the air. So intense that even the omega outside had her legs go weak, struggling step by step to escape that overwhelming aura.

Lorena wasn’t faring much better. Her lips were already swelling.

They say you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Natsha’s speed at stripping was even faster than the speed at which those “walking red flags” changed faces.

Sweet? Cute? Petite? All lies!

“I don’t like sweet scents.” Natsha muttered between kisses.

“Whether you like it or not has nothing to do with me.” Lorena retorted stiffly. “Don’t pin me down and... Ahhh!”

She cried out when places that should never have been touched were suddenly touched.

Lorena abruptly came to her senses and decisively clamped her legs shut. She gritted her teeth. The familiar subtitles flashed through her mind. Words that had never once been spoken by her before. And she had never imagined she would have to say them herself one day!!

“Can you… get me in 'trouble' or not?” Her cheeks flushed red.

Natsha froze at her question.

“Huh?”

“Huh what?” She snapped, trying to pull Natsha’s hand away.

Natsha laughed and hugged her.

“Why don’t we try and you’ll find out?” Natsha whispered against her ear.

Lorena pushed her away. She rummaged through the bedside drawer, grabbed something, and tossed it at her.

Natsha looked at the item in her hand, then at Lorena. Lorena turned away, blushing, refusing to look at her.

“I thought you liked it ‘bare’?” Natsha’s tone was teasing, utterly shameless.

“Who said that?” Lorena flared up, both physically and mentally. “If you’re not wearing it, then get out!”

Natsha tore open the wrapper with her teeth and put the “item” on where it needed to go.

“Heard it from the girls you’ve slept with.” Natsha said as she moved inside.

Lorena bit her lip, refusing to let a single sound escape.

“They said you prefer direct contact…” Fine. May the lowest level of hell engrave Natsha's name there. “… and now you’re making me wear this. I like it that way too.”

Lorena couldn’t say a single word in return. If she opened her mouth now, she wasn’t sure she could even form a complete sentence.

What a liar. Who cared what she liked?

She didn’t like it, okay?!
