LittleRed trudged out of the apprentices den looking exhausted and confused. Goldenpaw tried her best to cheer her up but nothing worked. Not even talking to her about it. She tried to convince herself that whatever was bothering her, was just a nightmare. Probably. Hopefully.
Skullstar was waiting patiently on the highrock and as she saw LittleRed, she yowled, "LittleRed, please step forward." LittleRed jumped when she heard her name and shakily stood forward like she was expecting something. Her dull purple eyes were gazing at Skullstar sadly and her russet pelt hung. She wasn't Looking very well. "LittleRed, we are terribly sorry for the delay..." Skullstar continued as LittleReds ears pricked. "Of your new name. Thunderclan admires your enthusiasm and your playfulness. From now on, until you get your warrior name, you'll be known as treepaw and your mentor will be frostfur."

Treepaws eyes lit up at the sound of her new name. "Falconstar was right!" She thought as she touched noses with the pretty white shecat known as frostfur. She didn't feel nauseous anymore and felt her ground-breaking excitability come back. Everything's going to be fine. Treepaw is safe.
