Percy POV: 

           They had found him. Shit, shit, shit. There was nowhere for the boy to go. With his back to the water, he turned to face the men in their uniforms. They were going to take him away, force him into yet another life he didn't want. He sighed anything was better than going back and facing them again and there was no way he was going into the water, he couldn't risk them finding him. The young man sighed again putting his hands above his head, telling them silently that he had given up. "Perseus Jackson?" One asked. He nodded his shaggy black head tiredly hands still hanging in the air. 

           He truly was exhausted. Done with running, done protecting, done with living, but he couldn't kill himself. Luke, Bianca, Zoe, they wouldn't ever forgive him. So he went with the men sliding a mask into place as he prepared to meet his half-uncle, Tony. 

Avengers Tower:

Tony POV:

          I let out a sigh as some inconsiderate bast-oh nevermind it's Pepper, banged on the door to my workshop, "Tony! He's here!" I jumped up, banging my head on the lamp I'd placed there. Bruce snickered. I groaned and stretched out my tired limbs, slowly making my way out the door and to the elevator. 

           I stared at the boy in front of me. He looked dead tired and roughed up like he'd spent the last week living in the woods. Little did I know that he really had. "Damn kid, what happened to you?" He mumbled something about a dam car, a harp, and stalker men (AN see what I did there Dam XD!!) "Um ok," I said confused, but for once in my life not pushing it. I could see how unsettled young Perseus looked. " Follow me for a tour of your new, fantastical home Perseus!" I called cheerfully as he growled, "Percy, just Percy. Oh, I was going to have some fun with this kid. 

Percy POV:

            Gods, why did my only living relative, other than well the Gods have to be such an asshole. I could already tell this guy would get on my nerves and I had only just met him. He led me to an elevator. I stared at it in horror then not wanting to get any funny looks from my uncle I slowly stepped in. Bad decision. The second the doors closed I started to hyperventilate. Ohgodshelpcan'tbreathtartarusnononononohelpohmygods. I passed out, the great Percy Jackson taken out by a metal contraption. I could imagine Tartarus laughing, no stop don't- 

            I felt the cold metal beneath my bareback oh no. No no no no no. I squeezed my eyes tight. No, maybe if I don't look it will go away, "Oh little hero, it won't go away no matter how much you may wish, you are here and you will never get away." a cold malicious voice floated out of the darkness, Tartarus. The bite of the whip followed by cruel laughter was finally what brought my eyes open. He whipped me again and again as I bit my lip against the pain, I would not scream, not yet, for I knew it would only get worse from here. The whip was placed back on the table beside me and a knife was drawn in its place. A vicious scream tore through my body as he sunk the poisoned blade deep into my shoulder, snapping the bones there in the process. This continued on for not even the gods know how long, before cool, slender hands pressed themselves to my forehead. 

Loki POV: 

I frowned, feeling something, something powerful enter the discraceful excuse for a building that I was currently residing in. I closed my eyes focusing on it. Elevator, the majority if the power was radiating from that metal box. I tugged at my seider willing it to take me to the dark power. 

OMG!!! I did it my first chapter!! YAY!! So, yes Percy no longer interacts with CHB or the gods and I intend to keep it that way, no I will not tell you about why Percy left. I'm sure you guy have read enough of these to be tired of the whole betral thing, but how else are we going to get a broken Percy without killing them. Sorry.
