Just picture what you think I mean in your head lol sorry keep reading the next chapters are better and make alot more sense. XD
Tony POV:
What the hell? I didn't think I'd live to see the day Reindeer Games show emotion, and yet here he was looking concerned for Percy, whom he didn't even know! I frowned then shook it off turning to my now peacefully sleeping nephew, I focused on getting him to bed safely.
Percy POV:
"Percy, hey Percy wake up," an annoying voice disturbed me from another beautiful Tartarus free dream. "Ugh, eff off," my brain responded helpfully, only causing the annoyance to begin shaking me. I could feel my anger levels rising, one of the first good sleeps I'd had in months and this moron decides to ruin it. I took a deep breath, shit Jackson get ahold of yourself.
The persistent shaking continued, now joined by the unforgettable voice of Tony. This guy was not helping his case. It had been a week. The man had come every night to wake me, then leave before I could even say anything. No one ever saw him during the day either. I then pulled my arm back swiftly and threw my fist forwards with such force that it would have broken Starks whole face if it had reached its target. A surprisingly strong hand gripped mine, inches away from my half uncle's nose. "As much as I'd like to see you give Stark what he deserves, I'm afraid I must stop you there young one, seeing as I'd be the one held responsible for your delinquent actions." A familiar voice washed over me, soothing me, as it had in the pit. "Mummm," I mumbled, "I never did catch your name?" The room went quiet for a few uncomfortable moments, "Loki," Loki stated matter factly then paused as if expecting me to shout out, "What, or no way!" "Um ok," was my brilliant answer to the god's name. Yes, I could recognize this being before me as a god, after all, I've met far too many in my life to not. " Look, um my lord-" I was cut off my Tony's cackles, the man was truly insane. Loki growled as though I had offended and, or hurt him and glowed a vibrant, beautiful green before he disappeared. There was something in him that reminded me of, myself I thought in surprise. Loki reminded me of me, how odd. He left me incredibly confused and with a maniac, who's supposed to be my Guardian. Gods, what am I going to do?
Loki POV:
I re-appeared in my room with a bright flash. Quickly finding my way to the bed I sat down cradling my head. Perseus had unknowingly triggered a flashback. I dug my nails into the sides of my head nonononono. I wasn't ready, please. My sight grew hazy as the Chitari re-claimed me as their prisoner.
Percy POV:
I caught myself wandering around aimlessly, ugh I was bored, continuing to walk down the hallway I heard screams and moans of pain from inside, "Hey J," I still felt awkward talking to the ceiling, "what's going on in there?" JARVIS answered after a moments hesitation, "It appears Mr. Loki is having a nightmare at the moment, sir." I stood outside his door, indecision written all over my face. I then quickly turned the handle knowing that I wouldn't want to be stuck in one of my own. I stepped inside spotting Loki immediately, he was shaking in his bed, flailing wildly. I stepped forwards, "Loki, hey Loki it's okay, wake up, come on, wake up, you're not there, come on Loki," by the end I was whisper yelling at the God. I sighed and began to shake the trickster. He woke up with a start, his eyes their blazing blue, wait blue. Loki's eyes are green. "Oh, shi"- his hand collided with my windpipe crushing the air from it and trapping the rest in my lungs. I clawed at the god's hand silently begging him to let me go. Then just when I couldn't stand it anymore I used the water molecules in the air and turned them into ice, pulling Loki's arms behind him.
I slapped him as hard as I could leaving an instant bruise on his flawless cheek, stop it Percy, bad. The change was immediate. He went from pure cold fury to fear in a matter of seconds, while his eyes righted themselves slightly slower. I looked into Loki's panicked eyes and quickly let the ice holding him back melt. He looked at his hands in horror as they began to turn blue. Loki spun on his heel so that he was no longer facing me. Soon enough he was completely blue. The god turned back around as he noticed my lack of noise. His eyes were ringed with red and his blue body covered with thin markings. He flinched slightly as I met his eyes, as though he were expecting hate and disgust to be there. I stared him down, "Gods and I thought you were beautiful before." Loki's eyes closed pain evident in them, but I wasn't done yet, not even close. "But now," Loki tried to cut me off, "Stop," he pleaded, "ahahah," I spoke just as softly as he, "I, I," my voice faltered, "I-gods Loki you, the blue it-it's, just wow," Styx, I had only known this guy for a week and I was already falling for him. He opened his eyes back to me and I could see the confusion swirling around in them, right alongside such emotion that it threatened to overwhelm me. "Loki," I spoke softly, "It's okay." He looked at me again this time a slight mix of embarrassment and hope. I knew right then that he needs to let it all out. Calling upon my powers I vapour traveled us to an iceberg I hastily made.
Loki broke down the moment his feet hit the ice, his eyes the homes to silent tears. "Why?" Loki's voice was harsh. I turned to him, " You, you," I took a deep breath, " you're willing to trek down there every night for someone you barely know!" He took a deep shuddering breath, still sitting on the ice, "I feel something pulling me towards you, something irresistible Perseus, I can't help but feel drawn to you. You remind me partially of myself." My mouth fell open, "Would it be crazy if I were to say I feel the same things towards you Loki," I half growled. He sucked in a deep breath trying and failing to reign his emotions in as I took a step towards him and wrapped my arms around the god's torso," Let it all out," I stood there, allowing him his needed break from the mask that I know he wears, because I wear one too.
Loki POV:
My walls shattered at those words, my dams smashing as the emotions I'd been holding in for the past three years flooded me, talking my body over with wracking sobs. I wasn't embarrassed if anything I felt comfortable in the demi-god's strong arms. I cried for the brother I'd lost, my mother, the pain and hopelessness of being alone. I clung to the younger boy, hardly able to control myself. My arms found their way higher, pulling the hero down. He complied, taking my head into his lap as he stared at me knowingly. It was in that moment that I realized I truly wasn't alone. We stayed there for the longest time, neither willing to be the first to let go. He had joined me at some point, both of us clinging to each other in desperation, letting all of the pain out together, where no one else could see. Sometime in the morning Perseus had transported us back to the vile excuse of a tower, where we sat in silence, neither ready to share what it was that caused the outbreak. After a long while we curled up on the couch and slept.
