One day two baby girls from two completely different families were born. One being able to make anything disappear with a touch of her fingers, her name was Alice Fisherman. She comes from an average family.

The other baby comes from a very wealthy family. Her name is Bella. She doesn't have a last name so her father didn't put one on her birth certificate.

Her quirk is that she's able to look at anyone who has a quirk and gain that person's quirk permanently. Her two main quirks are lighting and rain/thunder.

The two girls first met in kindergarten when Alice was warned to stay away from Bella. Alice being herself ignored them and greeted Bella with a smile. Bella being herself stayed quiet and walked away.

This made Alice a little sad but either way she kept following Bella around until she talked to her. And that's how those two became friends. As the years passed, the girls were put in the same class every year. It was an odd coincidence but it happened.
