Jane eat your food, you must be hungry
I'm not anorexic or anything like that.
I just don't like to eat in front of people that I don't feel comfortable with.
My family is good.
My life at home is good.
I just feel like I don't them like how I should.
I guess I'm just a teenager who's going through some stuff.
Angst.
Everyone gets it, mostly teens.
Playing with your food isn't going to make it go away.
I know, mom.
So, I eat my food.
It tastes good, but I feel uncomfortable.
After I finish, I excuse myself.
I went to my room and sat in the dark.
I stared at a shiny, sharp object on my night stand.
Sometimes I just need relief.
I need to remember that I feel.
I'm not alone in this world.
Upper legs, no one suspects.
Unless you wearing short shorts that reveal it.
Luckily, I don't.
Tomorrow.
Monday.
I go back to school.
I show up with a smile and laugh and do my work and have a great time being around my friends and people who support me.
But deep down, I know I have demons.
We all do.
The blood reminds me that everyone is the same.
Once it dries up, it doesn't matter anymore.
It's the past.
I go to bed then.
I wake up a new person.
I'm happy.
