Today morning I got up with a one thing on my mind.

But before that I had to make breakfast for father and me. So after having a wash and getting ready , I went down to the kitchen.

I took a coconut nut and grated its flesh. Then added some flour and salt to it little by little with some water until it became a soft dough.
After it was finished, my hands automatically searched for the next ingredients.
The pearl onions. With some finely chopped onions , green peppers and Maldives dried fish , I made a paste with the wooden mortar and pestle.
Then added some dried chilli flakes to it with some salt. The finishing was done by squeezing a half a lime to the mixture.

With my coconut flat bread rising and onion mixture ready , I heated a pan and started to make small falt breads with the dough.
The smell of fresh coconuts filled up the cottage making me to inhale deeply..
