Michael's POV:

It was late in the evening, and I was on my way to the police department. Today I had to inform on Mateo to my boss. The past few days have been pretty busy, undercover. Mateo introduced me to a new 'customer' and we are proceeding with business. This is a HUGE break in the case.

I headed into the Miami police department and was greeted by my boss, in the front lobby.

"Michael, follow me somewhere more private."

I followed my boss into a vacant office. We sat across from each other, and I began telling my boss every detail.

"Wow, this is a huge break in the case!" exclaimed my boss.

"I know," I replied. "Whatever is next, is definitely big."

"From what you've told me, it sounds as if this case will end soon." my boss said. "You won't have to be undercover much longer."

My eyes widened. There were a lot of things that I just realized. It was like a big bus of reality just hit me at this moment. At the end of the case, what will happen to Mateo? But, most importantly, what would happen to Leticia? There were a lot of things I needed to consider. And soon. Before this case comes to an end.

I walked out of the police department and I had just received a text from Leticia. So I opened my messenger app and read the text message that said,

I need you to come over right now! It's an EMERGENCY!

I put my cell phone back in my pocket and ran over to my car. And i sped off down the road.
