Tails and Katie were walking in the woods. They had a very strong friendship, stronger than anything. And they did everything other friends did. Except, keep secrets from one another.

"So Katie what's up with you and Sonic? Are you two dating?"

"What?! No!"

"Then what's going on with you two? I know something up."

Katie looked at Tails nervously and put her hand behind her head and tried to explain. "Well Tails, Sonic and I are um....... brother and sister."

"Really?"

"Yeah, we didn't tell you guys because we thought you might freak out. Or worse."

"Well I'm happy I have a sister."

Katie's eyes widen. "How are you-"

"I'm Sonic's adopted brother and yours apparently." Tails explained smiling.

"Let's just not tell the others about this."

"Deal."

The two start to head back to their cabins. Katie was thinking of how she was gonna tell Sonic that Tails knows about them being family. Hopefully the others don't find out.
