Hi. Okay.

Not a new story or a chapter to one of my stories. I needed to give you a bit of an update on my life since quite of few of you having been asking about my stories. This was the best way for me to reach the majority of you instead of just posting on my account, which usually gets ignored. 

So, here we are.

The last any of you knew, I lost a family member. I am still very much dealing with that and the whole grieving process, along with everything that happened immediately afterward. Things got so bad that I found myself a therapist, which is helping a lot. That's the main reason why I'm not on here as much as I used to. 

At first, writing was a great distraction for me. It helped me stay grounded for the first few months and then I started to lose motivation and found myself forced to focus on ANOTHER thing in my life. Something I am still giving the majority of my attention to while also going through everything else. 

I started an original story idea that's been on my mind for over a year and realized that helped ground me, along with doing something that felt like it needed to be done. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I know this story NEEDS to be written, so I've been trying to focus on that. 

There's a good chance you won't see the original story until (hopefully) when I am capable of actually publishing it one day. That is the ultimate goal for it. I think that's why I feel like it needs to be written. If that makes sense. 

Anyways, I just wanted to tell you what is currently going on and my lack of updates. I have been in the mood to work on one of my stories these past few days, but I make no promises whether or not I am actually able to do so. I truly hope you guys understand. 

I'm hoping one day I'll be back to updating multiple days in a row, but, for now, things have sort of placed on pause. I'll let you know when I fully return. Not sure when that will be. Don't be surprised if you get a random chapter every once in a while.
