Sorry, but for plot convenience, they are not a couple. Just friends. It really wouldn't be a good relationship if they were together. It's taking advantage of Herobrine's grief and Devin's looks. I don't want to support that kind of relationship and honestly it wouldn't be good for Herobrine later in the series.
