It's happening again.
I've heard fighting going on for awhile now, I'm beginning to wonder when they'll stop fighting.
I've heard the sound of fighting going on for so long now.
I'm beginning to wonder if it'll ever end.

"Big Brother, aren't you going to come and eat your cake?"

That was Momo's voice.
I shouldn't keep her waiting long but, I never understood why she called me Big Brother.
In fact I could never understand why Momo and Hana call me Big Brother.
The truth is, we're not blood related.
I was a blessing from the Moon Goddess herself.

"Come on Big Brother, we want cake!"

Sounds like they're getting impatient, I shouldn't keep them waiting any longer.
I get up from my bed and go down the stairs to the mess hall.
As the maids serve the cake, I look down at my cake with tearful eyes.
18 years of my life, the war has still raged on and has yet to come to an end.

"Whats wrong dear?"

Even though my mother calls out to me, I still feel inclined to not speak.

"Kyle?"
"Is something wrong?"

"No, I'm fine, there's nothing wrong"

I soon get up and leave, yet I can feel the looks of sadness and worry from my family.
It's not like they'd understand how I feel.
Nightfall quickly approaches though and by the time the moon can be seen above the nighttime sky, I'm preparing to get ready to go to bed, but as a shooting star catches my glimpse I quickly go to make a wish.
As the star tinkles, my hopes of my wish being answered soon rise but for some reason, it feels as if it's coming towards me.
Before I'm able to quickly escape, the star hits me, bringing me down to the ground.
Thankfully without any injury, I am able to get up and see what exactly hit me, but it appears to be a small girl.
Could this girl have been the star that I thought I wished upon?

"Hey, are you alright?"

She doesn't answer my question, but she's still breathing at the very least.

"Hey, can you hear me?"

The girl doesn't respond to my questions which only leaves me even more concerned.
I leave to get my first aid kit and as I return, I quickly tend to her wounds.
She isn't injured too bad thankfully, but hopefully after giving her a bit she'll wake up.
Before I'm able to get into my bed, the girl grabs my arm as I look back towards her.

"T-Thank you for helping me sir, in return, l-let me help you, just tell me your wish and as the Moon Goddess, I'll make it come true!"

I rub my eyes to make sure I'm not dreaming and to make sure I'm not seeing things.
To think though that the Moon Goddess is such a small child.

"Now then, just from looking at you, your wish is that the 1,000 year war will end, am I correct?"

"Well, yeah, that's always been my wish, please tell me how I can make it come true, I'll do anything"

"Well, tell you what, I'll give you the strength to end the 1,000 year war, but in return, I wish for you to propagate the land with descendants who will continue your rule and keep peace throughout the land even if something were to happen to you, do we have a deal?"

As I look towards the Moon Goddess, without hesitation, I agree to the terms, grabbing his hand as I feel her power surge through me.
With this power, I'll now have the ability to finally end this 1,000 year war once and for all.
As much as I don't want to involve Hana and Momo into this, I'll need their help if I'm ever going to stand a chance in ending the 1,000 year war. She
