Chapter Fifteen: A Fight In The Hallway

Kyoko didn't seem to care about anything at all. The essay seemed to be something normal. Like it was something she did every day.

The others however didn't take the essay too lightly.

As they all left the class they heard the growl of the werewolf teacher, Ms. Evinda.

"MAKE SURE IT'S DUE TOMORROW!!!!!!" She growled, or screeched. A mixture of both of it really.

Complaining about their lives the Cross Acadamy students trudged down the hallway together. The Night Class students trailing behind a little to whisper softly.

Yuki was between Kaname and Zero. Instead of trying to pull her away from Kaname however, Zero just tried to walk fast enough to catch up to Kyoko.

'Kyoko walks really fast...' Yuki thought... or so she thought it was in her head.

"She does... she always did. Everything she did was fast... since the day she was born." Kaname answered truthfully. Staring at Kyoko with his eye of amusement.

Zero's eye was visiblying twitching.

'She's the only one who's not messes up. She's the only who doesn't drink blood. She's the only one who won't kill me. She's the only like me, but she doesn't hate me, she doesn't care. To her, I can be anything. From Bigfoot to a Unicorn.' Zero thought.

Immediately he quickened his pace. He had to protect her from all those that would taint her.

She was the only one her could trust.

Yuki, trusts and cares for Kaname more. So I shall be the Yuki in the relationship of Kyoko and I.

But we don't even know each other. How can we friends? I trust her, she trusts me. Like a family. A true family.

Kyoko slowed down and threw her arm around Zero's neck. Her other hand holding her backpack strap.

"HEY OLD BUDDY!" She exclaimed. Ruffling his hair in the process.

He turned bright red. It wasn't a blush. It was because he was just embarrassed by Kyoko Sakamaki in the middle of the main hallway filled with rows and rows of absolutely nothing more but lockers.

"H-H-Hi... I'm..." Zero trailed off. Beyond embarrassed.

"Zero Kiryu. Level E. Your 16 years old. Parents killed by Pureblood... and... brother captured by Shizuka. Vampire hunter. Bloody rose weapon.. That's all I know!" She rambled.

His mouth dropped open so low it looked like the neck of a giraffe.

"How do you-?!?" He started but a loud crash from the hallway somewhere interrupted him.

[Warning ⚠: Disturbing Language (cussing, bad words etc.)....]

A crowd cleared open to see a group of guys screaming out loud.

"WHAT THE FUCKING (so sorry!!!!!) SHITTY HELL WERE YOU DOING WITH KYOKO!!??!?!?!?!??!?!" Ayato screamed loudly at Ruki.

Apparently it occurred to Kyoko that it was her brothers, the Mukami's and the Tsukinami brothers as well.

"WHAT???!! STUPID HALF BLOOD VAMPIRES DARE GO NEAR HER!!!!!!!!!" Shin screamed loudly.

This was apparently the loudest ruckus in school history.

The teachers came out of their offices and just stood by the doors of the offices silently. Just watching.

Some people had stared at Kyoko apparently.

"STUPID MUKAMI SHE'S MINE!!!" Shin screamed.

"DEMON SHE'S MY SISTER!!!!" Subaru argued.

"SHE'S MY SISTER BITCH!!!!!" Shin screamed.

"SAYS THE GUY WITH AN EYE PATCH!!! RIGHT TEDDY!!!? TEDDY SAYS THAT YOU SHOULDN'T BE TALKING!!!!!" Kanato argued.

Silently Kyoko dragged Zero out of that hallway and pushed him into a broom closet. It was a good room. You can't hear noise from the outside from inside, and any noise from the inside won't be heard outside.

Enough for the room to be Kyoko's secret place.

"So, Zero, why did you want to talk to me?" Kyoko asked, her eyes calm and her voice a comfortable sound.

"I wanted to be friends with you. Your the only one who I feel safe around with. Kinda like me. We both try to hold in our hunger. Thinking that we're monsters." Zero stated.

Kyoko looked down atvthe floor in understanding.

"That's true. So friends Mister Zero Kiryu?" Kyoko teased.

He laughed.

"It's fine as Zero Mi'lady Kyoko." Zero teased back.

It was Kyoko's then to laugh.

"No need for formalities. Kyoko's fine." Kyoko answered as they shook hands and left the closet.

Sorry if this is really short. It's shorter than almost all of my usual chapters.
