Some days,

I become the rain

when he becomes the cloud

I am waiting to be sun kissed

and I love

how we complete a cycle

my fingers are crossed for unexpected happily ever afters

and we are not just a dream

in a dream

We fill out the pages of a novel

my lips constantly hope for a taste of life from him who will give it to me with open arms

with fairy tale endings

and realistic beginnings

my pair of eyes are on the look out for possibilities brewing with delusions

but I know we could be

Unpredictable

couldn't we,

Love?
