She is so beautiful

with all the scars she wears

but she sees a battle victim

in every golden mirror there is

it's hatred all over again

hatred for all the ones in the present

hatred for her past

hatred for her self

she could burn if she imagined;

if this hatred were fire

and her, the firewood;

if

her twisted thoughts, 

her ugly scars

and

her overtly still shadows

were the matchsticks.
