we are the sea
a thousand waves of anger
lapping at our shores
not knowing where to send
those tumultuous waves
back

we keep at it
and when it gets out of hand
we become a tsunami;
waves of
anger lashing out at every
loose rock
thrashing
at every level
going higher and higher
throwing all the pent up
anger
at unsuspecting victims

we are the sea
and we live
even when the sun
goes to sleep
tearing us apart
