Synopsis:

Project: Markie is a machine compacted with an AI capable of understanding human behavior and emotions. The goal for Markie is to sense underground vibrations, not caused by tectonic plates, but caused by unnamed organisms extraterrestrial life forms the size of fully grown elephants. While in our care, we have observed that Markie has found an alarming amount of these creatures deep in the Earth's crust, mainly in North America. Thus, starting in December, a public announcement will be made to the public about staying safe.

"Sir, are you sure you want to go with this?" I asked my boss.

He turned to me, giving an agitated reply. "Hell, either way, it's either let the people find out themselves, or we actually say the truth."

I try to continue the conversation, but he walks away, entering a different room, leaving me in the hallway.

Working at NASA is a pretty okay job. You're told what to do and if you don't do it, you're fired, simple as that. However, there are always exceptions.

The discovery of these extraterrestrial beings has us blown. We've been hiding alien life for decades, however, we are going to be revealing it to the public in such an unprofessional way.

Our robotics team had been working on a new robot to help us locate where all these little creatures are, and starting the last week of November, we are issuing a public notice about the things.

The aliens don't have a name yet, but so far, concept names suggest a planetary style.

The good news is, none have moved from their resting spots, as they would cause tremors and what the public would see as earthquakes.

We ensure the safety of the people is certain, as long as they follow protocol, listen to instructions, and obey the set rules.

During the month of December, plans to dig the ground for them will be set. We intend to find at least 39 in North America, 14 in Central, and 26 in South.

We have, of course, spoken to other global powers on the matter, asking to please check the Eastern Continents and southern.

One thing is for sure though, the can't thrive in Antarctica or Greenland.

Don't worry, NASA has everything covered. We ensure everyone is safe and protected from harm.
