Yep, the picture above is mine. It's the island. Yes, I know it's not drawn accurately... Take a screenshot so you can zoom in and read it better! And I put music along with it so you can play it while you read! And yes, I love Pokémon.

I slowly open my eyes and the first thing I see is Lucas. Our eyes meet and he smiles.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," he says.

"Good morning..." I say rubbing my eyes with a smile. I slowly sit up and ask him a question. "Why are you here?"

"What? You don't remember?" Lucas asks.

"No, that's why I'm asking you, duh," I say.

"You passed out," Lucas says.

Suddenly everything comes to me all at once making my head hurt. I throw my hands to head. I was attacked by five demons, got hurt, lost huge amounts of blood, and passed out trying to think of an excuse for the group.

"You okay?" Lucas asks with a face full of worry.

"Y-yeah... I'm fine. My memory just came back to me all at once. It made my head hurt somewhat. I'm okay now."

"Huh," he says.

"Where's Jason? Wasn't he here?"

"He and the others are at the lagoon taking a bath. How'd you know that he was here?"

"I woke up before and both of you were holding one of my hands while fast asleep." Lucas' face turns red. "Have you been awake since I last woke up?"

"Y-yeah..."

"Then you need to sleep!" I say worriedly.

"Don't worry, I'm fine," he says.

"I know how much you love to sleep, just go to sleep," I laugh remembering the time when we were on cruise.

"No, seriously, I'm fine."

"Okay, fine, but you better go to sleep later."

"Okay, fine."

"How many days has it been?" I ask.

"You passed out yesterday at lunchtime and it's lunchtime now, so one day."

"Oh, good, so it hasn't been a long time."

"You seemed to struggle a lot and when you slept I had to send Jason out the room because you would release your claws."

"That's because of the terrible dream I had. Everybody saw me kill a 3 headed beast and ran away from me scared, even you..."

"You know I would never leave you."

"I know that now and I'm glad for that."

He smiles. "Now since you're awake you can treat your wounds yourself," he says and looks at my legs. Lucas' eyes widen then he grabs my left arm and looks totally shocked. "Your wounds are completely healed... lucky..."

"Ever since I was little I've always healed quickly."

Lucas doesn't say anything he just looks at me. "So that's what demon blood does... Unbelievable..."

"What? Angel blood doesn't heal you?"

"Not as quickly as demon's," he says.

"I never knew."

"So let's talk about what attacked you," he says."And don't say you fell from a tree."

"I was attacked by 5 demons to test me. Apparently my father is sending these tests. I don't know what they're for, but he's being careless. If someone from the group sees them we could be in some big trouble," I say angrily.

"Have you told him to stop?" he asks.

"I've told the demons I've fought to tell him to stop and I explained why, but it doesn't seem he's stopping."

"Maybe they didn't tell him."

"Doubtful, they wouldn't not follow an order from the princess."

"Strange."

"Very. Anyway let's go get some food for lunch," I say slowly standing up.

Lucas holds me down. "I can't have you do that! You need to rest."

"I'm fine, look," I say and quickly stand up. I wiggle my legs and arms around in a little dance.

Lucas laughs and I do too. "Alright, you've proven your point. Let's go," he says defeatedly. Lucas stands up and we walk out my hut.

...
Lucas and I head towards where all the vegetables are and grab peppers, onions, and cilantro; while talking about random stuff and laughing along the way. Before I knew it we were back at the camp.

I dice up the peppers and pick apart the cilantro then cut them. Lucas dices up the onions with watery eyes and I laugh.

He sniffles. "It's not funny..."

"It totally is!" I laugh. "It's cute."

"S-stop making fun of me," he says with a red face.

"Never!" I declare with a giggle.

Once we finish we dump everything onto the stove and cook them. When they're fully cooked we place enough in nine cocobowls and I sprinkle cilantro on top of each. We sit together on the usual log and eat our vegetables. Before I even take a bite the guys return from the lagoon and run up to me.

"Yay! You're alive!" Tony yells happily and hugs me carefully. Then everyone hugs me.

"I thought you were gonna die," Jason says when he hugs me then looks at me. "Every time when you started to thrash around Lucas would send me out the room. I don't know why, but you always seemed like that. Your face was always strained like you were struggling with something. You had me real worried."

(I was struggling.) "Of course I'm not dead. I wouldn't leave you here to die. Thanks for being worried about me."

"How are your wounds?" Tyler asks and they all look at my legs. Their eyes thicken.

"I always heal completely in about a day. I have been able to since I was little," I say hurriedly.

"That's incredible..." Zack says with disbelief.

"But those wounds were tremendously deep," Erwin says. "There's no possible way that they healed this rapidly unless you have some kind of healing power!"

"The doctors think it's strange too, but that can't figure out how I'm able to do it. Anyway how about you guys eat. It's gonna get cold."

They each grab some food and sit in their respective spots.

"So you never did tell us what attacked you," Johnny says taking a bite of food.

"Yeah, what did attack you?" Shane asks curiously.

(What do I say? That I was attacked by 5 demons? Maybe I should say a lion? I mean it's half true... But then that would freak them out more. What should I do?)

"Hello? Earth to Kat? Anybody there?" Johnny asks waving his hand in front of my face.

I snap back to my senses. "Oh! Umm... I-I can't..."

"You can't what? You can't tell us? Why not?" Jason asks.

"I-I just can't..."

"Did you not see what it was?" Tyler asks.

"Y-yeah..." I say and whisper the last part. "Something like that..."

Lucas must've heard the last part because he looks at me a little surprised, but says nothing.

"You could've said that from the beginning," Johnny says taking another bite of food.

"You made it seem like you were hiding something," Erwin says with a laugh.

"Hiding something... yeah..." Lucas mumbles to himself, but loud enough so I could hear him and smirks at me.

I shoot him a glare. {You're hiding something too. Don't act all innocent!} I telepathically tell him.

His smirk seemingly gets bigger upon seeing my glare and he drops his gaze down to my arm; where the wound is now just a pink line. {I still can't believe you healed this quickly.} He responds telepathically back.

{Stop staring you're gonna make them begin to question me again.}

The subject quickly changes.

"Katima, I believe that it's time to make weapons so this won't happen again," Erwin says.

"I'm sorry, but I see no point in doing so. We already have the spears they should protect us enough. What else could we possibly make?" I ask rather annoyed that he used my first name fully.

"Traps," Shane says.

"Do you honestly think traps will protect us?" I ask.

"Possibly."

"Well they don't and most likely won't so we don't need to make any more weapons."

"Why not?" Erwin asks.

"Because I said no! If the spears are not enough then... I will protect you!" I yell then realize what I just said and quickly put my hands over my mouth.

"Don't be crazy, you already got hurt. You can't protect us," Jason says.

Frustration over powers me. "How do you think you're still alive!?"

Lucas looks at me in the eyes and gives me a 'what are you doing?' look. My eyes grow wide and, again, I quickly cover my mouth. Everyone looks over at me with shock.

"You ran away, right?" Shane asks confused.

"Oh... right," I say looking to Lucas for help and he laughs.

"You are silly. I can do the protecting. You're the one who needs protecting. Don't get carried away now." {Play along.}

(Oh! I see what he's doing!) "Right... sorry..."

Lucas then leans over and whispers in my ear. He snickers in my ear. "I know you don't wanna ruin your ego, but not in front of them. I know you're able to protect them just as well as the other guy. You don't have to prove yourself to me," Lucas says and I can imagine the devilish smirk he has on his face.

My face heats up probably turning a shade of scarlet and I push Lucas away. "Shut up! I know! And don't whisper in my ear! It tickles..."

He stumbled a bit but catches himself and sits back next to me laughing even more.

The subject changes, again.

"Ooo, what are you two talking about?" Johnny asks interested in our interactions with each other.

"I told her that I agree with her. That what we have is enough. It's not like we can make anything else but more spears guys," Lucas says.

(He... agrees? Yay!) I look at him surprised with a smile. (That's exactly what I was trying to tell them!) Lucas smirks like he knows what I was thinking.

"That is true but..." Jason starts.

"But nothing," Lucas says sternly.

(I feel like he's the leader now... I don't like it!) I stand up and everyone looks at me. "I'm going to take a bath," I say.

"Doesn't somebody need to go with you?" Tony asks.

"No, I need to go alone," I say.

"Then you'll be breaking your own rule," Erwin says.

"Plus you need to be protected," Jason says.

(I don't need your pathetic protection. Like you can protect me. HA!)

"I'll go. I need to take a bath anyway," Lucas says.

"No!" I yell. I walk up to Lucas and whisper in his ear. "You need to stay here and protect them."

"But..." Lucas started.

"No, you know I can handle myself against unwanted visitors, they can't," I say.

"Still..." he says.

I smirk evilly. "I know you wanna see me naked but you have to stay here."

His face changes to a deep red color and I giggle.

"Hey! Stop flirting!" Shane yells annoyed.

Lucas' faces turns a darker shade of red. "W-we aren't flirting!" he manages to say.

"Then watcha whispering about?" Johnny asks mischievously.

"That's only info for the co-leader you would get to know, that is if you were the co-leader," I say. (Or not.)

"Suspicious!" Johnny says giving us a curious glance.

"Ha, whatever, I'm going to the lagoon, alone," I say and walk off ignoring all their protests.

...
I lean my head back into the waterfall and let the water go through my hair. (Dammit! Can't I ever be alone?) "Come out!"

Then from the bushes comes Shane and I cover my body under the water. "S-sorry..."

"Why are you alone!?" I yell.

"Well I'm not alone now."

"That's beside the point. Why are you here? I told you I wanted to be alone!"

"S-sorry... I was just worried about you," Shane says.

(Worried about me? Aww... That's sweet, but I need to be alone.) "Go away! Get back to the camp before I blow my top!"

"Oh okay!" Shane yells and scurries back to the camp.

I let out a long sigh and return to cleaning myself.

At the camp after Kat left...

"Kat..." Tony says sadly.

"Shouldn't you go after her?" Johnny asks looking at me.

"She can handle herself..."

"She was attacked and blacked out, is she really able to?" Jason says annoyed by my declaration.

"Yes," I say.

"Lucas... I'm worried about her," Shane says not looking at me but towards the path she walked off.

I look at him in shock. (He's really worried about her... I can see it in his eyes.) Then he dashed off in her direction. "Shane!!"
...
...
Shane returns and walks straight into his hut, not saying a word or even looking at us.

(Shane?)

"Ooo, he must've seen something he wasn't supposed to," Johnny says.

"No, he got yelled at," I say.

"What?" Johnny says. "How do you know that?"

"I heard her yelling."

"Lucas, you must have 'super hearing' like Kat does," Erwin says.

"I guess..." I say. "I don't know how you guys didn't hear her. She was really loud."

"Well, I don't have 'super hearing' like you and Kat have," Zack says.

Everyone nods in agreement and I shake my head at them like they're stupid. I stand up and walk over to Shane's hut and knock. "Shane?"

"Go away, Lucas," Shane says.

"Alright..." I say, shrug my shoulders, and return to the rest of the group.

At the lagoon...

I get out of the water and snap myself dry. I put my clothes back on and walk back to the camp.

Once I arrive I'm greeted with a big hug from Tony. "Kat! I'm soooo glad you're okay!" he says.

"See, I told you that I would be okay," I say and ruffle his hair causing him to giggle. I walk to where everyone is.

"You need to talk to Shane," Lucas says.

"Why?"

"When he came back he went straight into his hut," Jason says.

"I went to talk to him and he told me to go away," Lucas says.

"What happened?" Johnny asks.

"I yelled at him," I say.

"Good call, Lucas," Tyler says.

"I thought he might've seen something he wasn't supposed," Johnny says.

I stick my tongue out at him. "Okay, fine, I will talk to him. I'll see what I can do." I get up from my spot beside Lucas and walk to Shane's hut. "Shane... We need to talk."

"I don't wanna talk to you," Shane responds.

I forcibly open the door in an agitated way. "We are talking whether you like it or not." I close the door behind for some privacy and turn towards Shane. Shane's back is facing me. "You know it's rude when you don't face people when they're talking to you." I crouch down and I put my hand on his shoulder and he shakes it off without a word. "I'm sorry I yelled at you. I just needed to be alone. I appreciate that you were worried about me. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings by yelling at you."
He glances at me and turns back. Then suddenly he turns around and hugs me close. (He's shaking. My shirt is getting wet. Is he crying?) I peer down at his face and better yet he is crying. I wrap my arms around him and stroke his head. "It's okay. Let it all out. I know you've been holding it all in." With those words he lets out all his tears and we slowly sit down with his head in my lap while I stroke his hair.
He slowly starts to calm down and his breaths become slow even paces. (Is he asleep?) I peer at his face. (He's definitely asleep.) I slowly lift his head moving my legs out from underneath him and gently lay his head back down to the ground.
I stand up and head towards the door. (Demonic energy!) I quickly open the door out to the dark sky. (I must've been in there for a while...) I see Lucas standing up looking around with everyone looking up at him a little startled. Lucas and I lock eye contact and we nod. (He must sense it too.) I look around it's towards the mountain. "Lucas."

"Yeah, I know," Lucas says.

Everyone looks at us confused.

{You handle it. I'll stay here. It's toward the mountain slowly making its way here. Get some vegetables on the way back so they won't get suspicious.} He looks a little shocked then grasps what I'm doing. He nods his head and disappears into the forest.

"Where's he going?" Zack asks.

"Going to get vegetables," I respond.

"Doesn't he need somebody to go with him?" Tyler asks.

"He's fine," I say.

"I'll go with him!" Jason says and runs towards the way Lucas left.

"No!" I yell and hold out my arm making a small root grow up tripping Jason. He falls with a loud thud and I run up to him. "Are you okay?!"

"Erk... Yeah... Just lost some of my dignity."

I giggle. "How about we go get the fish instead?"

He sits up. "Uh... sure," Jason says with a shy scratch to the back of his head.

I stand up. "Come on everybody, let's go grab the fish."

Somewhere in the forest...

I find the demon lurking around the forest at the base of the mountain. He turns towards me.

"You're not the Princess. You're the half angel that she's been looking for. The Prince."

I release my pure white wings. (Man does it feel good to finally stretch them out.) "Why are you here?"

He shakes his head. "I-I don't want any trouble, your highness. I just came here to test the Princess' strength," he says.

"Well, she's the one who sent me here," I say and spread out my wings.

"What!?" he says surprised. I blow him back with my wings and he falls backwards. "N-no, I can't fight you! I'm here for the Princess! For, for her princess training!"

"Then fight her in Hell not here, weakling."

His face changes into anger. "I'm no weakling!" he yells and transforms.

(Whoa... he's big...) I look up at him from the ground. Standing before me is a giant werewolf demon the height of an adult elephant.

He runs at me and I fly up just barely dodging his claws. I shoot ice from my palms at him and he just simply cuts them up into glitter. I start up a harsh wind full of ice shards and he falls back onto his butt. He's bleeding. He begins to stand back up and I increase my wind power and in the process it knocks over a tree. The tree makes a resounding thump. The pressure of my wind forces the demon down to be incapable of moving. I rush towards him and punch him in the jaw knocking him out.

(That was easy, too easy.) I open up a portal to Hell and throw him in it. (That felt good. Guess I should get the vegetables now. But who said I couldn't do it using my wings!)

At the beach at the same time...

"Kat, what took so long in Shane's hut?" Johnny asks.

"Not like you don't know. I know that you were listening in," I say.

"W-what!? W-we didn't do that?" Johnny says nervously.

"I told you she would hear us," Zack says.

"Anyway, he needed to grieve a little bit and fell asleep," I say. Everyone looks a little shocked from the fact that Shane always puts up a tough front. We grab the fish and make our way back to the camp. "Shane may be a smart ass outside but he's still a kid inside. This whole situation has him stressed. He's been holding back by showing a strong front." I look around and see Tony shaking. I walk up to him and he looks up at me with watery eyes.

"I-I wanna go home!" he declares with a sniffle.

"I know come here," I say spreading my arms out. He runs into me and starts crying nonstop.

"Tony..." Tyler says.

I pick Tony up like a toddler propped up around my waist. "Let's get back to the camp." Through Tony's sobs on my shoulder I hear a thump from far away. (I hope Lucas is okay.)

Back at the camp I tell them how to cook the fish and now I'm with Tony in his hut doing exactly what I did with Shane. I'm stroking his head telling him everything's going to be okay when he looks up at me still sobbing.

"Can... you sing... m-me a l-lullaby?" Tony asks with begging eyes.

"A lullaby? Hmm... let me think..." (I do remember a lullaby my father use to always sing to me when I was upset. It always would calm me down. Then again it was a strange kind of feeling... like a spell...)

'The moon is full tonight,
it's really big and bright.
I see a space upon its face,
as it's staring down on me tonight.
There's a chill that's in the air,
you can feel it in everywhere.
As the light shines and
brightens up the night.'

I peer down at Tony's face and he's peacefully asleep. "Goodnight, Tony." I lift his head from my lap and gently put it on the ground. I leave the hut and walk outside. It's completely pitch black outside and the only thing I can see are the six illuminated faces around the fire. I walk and sit down next to Lucas. {I'm glad you're alive.}

{Of course I'm alive. I'm a prince as well as the most powerful angel there is.}

I snicker at his response and get strange looks from the others. {Haha, oops...} Lucas snickers at me. "Let me cut up the vegetables." I grab a knife and chop the vegetables in a flash then put them on the stove. {Come to my hut and tell me what happened after everyone goes to their huts.}

{Okay, gotcha.}

...
After everyone goes to their huts Lucas comes into mine. "So what's the update?" I ask teasingly.

"Well, it seems he was here to test you," Lucas says. "Something about princess training."

"Dammit!" I yell.

"He was a giant werewolf too. Pretty powerful," he says.

"What happened to him?" I ask.

"I threw him in front of your castle gates," he says.

"I think I need to drop by for a visit to my father," I say.
