{1} ChasingMadness24 ) (Me)

(I will be asking myself these questions, just to show you guys what this will kind of be like. Plus you might learn some things about me ;)

Q: When did you start writing on Wattpad?

A: I'm not exactly sure of the exact date, haha. I started on Wattpad as a user October of 2012.

Q: What was your first book ever published on here?

A: Hmm, I think my first book on here was called United Harmony. At the time I first posted it, I was like twelve years old. And I did, for like two months, go through a One Direction phase and the book was a lot like the journey the boys took.

The first book that I actually published and finished on here was Headstrong.

Q: Is there any particular book on Wattpad that inspired you to write? What was your first book on here?

A: Well, I think the first book I ever read on here was My Wattpad Love by cold_lady19. It was one of the best books I've ever read and I know I'll never forget it. A book that inspired me on here was probably either Mr. Popular and I or The Last Virgin Standing. They were both beautifully crafted and I wished there was more every time I reread either of the books.

Q: Favorite quote ever? Favorite quote of yours?

A: Hmm, one of my favorite quotes of all time is;

"Maybe you can afford to wait. Maybe for you there's a tomorrow. Maybe for you there's one thousand tomorrows, or three thousand, or ten, so much time you can bathe in it, roll around it, let it slide like coins through you fingers. So much time you can waste it. But for some of us there's only today. And the truth is, you never really know."  Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver. The quote has always been amazing to me.

My favorite quote of mine would probably have to be from Xaiver Morgan in The Birds and The Bees

"The way I look at it, life is like a snake waiting to strike, waiting for when you're at your weakest point to finally break you down until you can finally find the courage to pick yourself back up again."

Q: Favorite character of yours and why?

A: Out of the many books I've written, I think my favorite is always going to be Ava Patrick from Headstrong. Maybe it's because she was the first character I was able to get all the way through a whole book with, or maybe it's because of her attitude toward the world and her similarities to me.

My second favorite would definitely have to be Ariel Thomas from Honor. She is, as amazing as it may seem, a lot like me. Things knocked her down, but she always managed to pick herself back up again.

Q: If you could date any of your characters from any of your books, which character would it be and why?

A: Well, that isn't really fair. Of course I love all of my boys, they're what I'd love to see in my real boyfriend once I actually get one. I'd have to say though, if I had to choose, probably either Xavier from The Bird and The Bees or Andy from Honor.

Both are amazing and supportive and I wish every day that I'll be able to find a guy like one of them.

Q: Are books truly judged by their covers?

A: Yes and no. I think here on Wattpad a lot of books ARE indeed judged by their covers and of course, their titles. When scrolling through the books on here, I know I find myself drawn to a beautifully crafted cover or a quirky or a unique name.

Q: Bad Boy books? Yay or Nay?

A: Uh. . . it depends. It really depends on the actual plot for me. I'm usually turned away from titles with Bad Boy actually in the title. This is because when I see a published book on the shelf at Barnes & Noble, none of them ever have Bad Boy in the title, even if the book is about one. Sorry, guys.

I do sometimes like to read a good, original book that has a bad boy in it. An example, NataliaBritt's Generation; Breakdown.

Q:  In your opinion, what books to you find overdone and cliche, and what books do you find original and unique?

A: Okay, here we go with this one.

I absolutely love books about music or sports, I don't care how overdone they might be, I'll always fall victim to them if I see one while scrolling through some place.

I find CEO, Arranged Marriage, some Bad boy books, Mafia books, and One Direction Fanfiction absolutely over done and it is rare that I will read them.

For me, I love when someone can come up with an original plot. When I look at all the featured books on Wattpad they are always;

Married to Mr. CEO, Living with The Bad Boy, The Mafia Leader's Daughter, Adopted by Larry

I totally understand how a lot of people like them, I mean, when I was a kid I loved to read fanfics about 1D (even if it were only for a short time)

But sometimes they can get irritating, guys. Like, what happened to originality? Of course a few will be unique, but most will always have the same story line where the good girl falls for the bad boy, or the jerk CEO falls for the innocent Secretary.

Q: Vampires or Werewolves?

A: Werewolves without a doubt

Q: Any newbie writers you think need more recognition?

A: There is always new writers starting out there, so of course.

t_nisha CheynaeAda StayStrong-Beautiful Yesternitt and so so many more!

Q: Last but not least, why the username ChasingMadness24

A: Haha, because the first book I really loved of mine was Chasing Madness, a book of mine about time travel. And my birthday is on the 24 of October

(Okay, so it was a little strange interviewing myself, but I hope you guys still go the gist of things. Hope you learned something new about me! Feel free to leave comments below!

Love you!
