I looked at the wendigo that even thought about touching the only girl I ever loved.

"She was always human." He said and that's when I felt her body going cold. I pushed her back and looked at the lifeless body I was holding. I growled at him and he had just gotten the sword out and was healing.

"Malikai? Malikai?!" I yelled shaking her. "Open your eyes!" I said feeling tears.

She slid onto the ground laying there and I got over her growling as Damon moved closer probably to get what he wants to be his meal.

"She's already dying." He chuckled. I stood and grabbed his neck lifting him up.

"You don't deserve to even lay a finger on her." I growled. I let him go and went back to Malikai wanting her to be okay.

I lifted her up and she was so cold that I felt like I was shivering myself. I looked at my father and her's my body shaking.

I held her close and walked past through them and through all then wendigos all on in ballroom with their meals. Each one stared at her and I making a path for us.

I went through them all and soon one guy stopped me.

"Is she breathing?" He asked. I nodded and he made me follow him. I stayed close and made sure that I made sure I didn't lose him. He got to a table and cleared everything off of it. I looked back and saw Damon was being tended to by some woman.

"Hey she's food you prick!" I grabbed the neck who said it and looked at a boy. He wasn't much younger than me. I squeezed and felt her hand on my arm.

"You aren't worth my time." I growled.

I let go of him and he pushed two wendigos back.

"Why do you care about a human?" He asked.

"She's a wendigo idiot." I growled again and her hand was warm yet cold. She squeezed my arm making me tense up where she touched me.

"Malikai can you hear me?" I asked grabbing her hand. She nodded and I sighed of relief from still having her.

I smiled and the wendigo was tenting to her bite wound. I grabbed her hand and she squeezed it.

"Malikai I'm right here." I said.

"I know I'm letting you know I'm still with you." She smiled and I felt like she was growing closer to me. I've had a damn crush on this girl since I first laid eyes on her and here I am in tears happy that she isn't up in heaven but still with me.

"Malikai this is gonna hurt okay?" She nodded and he put a syringe into the middle of the now bruising bite.

Her hand squeezed mine at the pain and soon he pulled it out. He wrapped it and she sat up and grabbed me pulling me close.

I felt her hand sliding into my white hair. I held her so close and I didn't want her to ever get away from me. To be killed or to be taken from me.

I kissed her forehead and looked at the boy.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Damon's second son. I'm Diego." He said and I nodded.

"Kyle now why did you say that she was food?" I growled.

"I thought it was one of the other girls in here. She wasn't supposed to be eaten. My father said she wouldn't but he lied." He started growling and pushed everyone out of his way.

I pulled her off the table and her legs wrapped around my waist. I held her thighs making sure no one could see what's under her dress. I followed Diego and another joined him.

"Mason he lied to us." Diego growled.

"He did." The one I was guessing was Mason growled. They separated and started walking up the rails of the stairs and that's when Damon was standing. He was staggering and they both stood above where I was standing.

I turned Malikai on my waist and climbed up the fancy golden vines till I was on the rail I sat and turned her back.

"Why'd you lie you old man?" Mason snarled.

"I didn't." Damon growled.

"You bit into her!" Diego yelled.

"Yeah and? I bit into your mother."

"And she didn't just black out." Mason snarled.

"Yeah she did she nearly bled out. Now if you'd give me my prize." He said holding his hand out for Malikai.

My heart seemed to race and something I'd never think I'd do was black out. I wasn't in control anymore. I put her down and the boys covered her.

I grabbed him and pushed him to the ground getting over him. I growled and I could feel my teeth.

I knew never to do it but I did.

His blood rushed into my mouth and I could hear his screams in my ear. I was so much smaller since I was still growing yet here I was on the guy.

I was pulled back and tied up I knew it was for the best. Malikai put her arms around my neck and I was back to her. She put her hands in my tied ones and I could only look at Damon holding that red shoulder.

I wasn't proud at all. I lashed out and no wendigo has ever done this. My father was in front of me trying to calm me and I put my head on his shoulder. I really just did that.

"Etot zver' dolzhen byt' ubit!" Damon yelled. He said that I'm a beast and I should be killed.

Malikai pulled her hands away and I watched her get up.

"Kayl ne zver', i vy ne imeyete prava govorit', chto on yest'. YA fizicheski ubit' tebya pryamo seychas!" She yelled and I was so shocked.

(Kyle is not a beast and you have no right to say that he is. I will physically murder you right now!)

I smiled and soon was blacking out.

That's the consequence I took from biting a wendigo.
