I know it was on a ROM Hack.. but I don't think they changed the shiny rate on this one, but I'll have to double-check, but I also really don't care.

I named him Marco btw because of his green mane :3 if you know anything about Huntington and Marshall University then.. yeah the mascot is a buffalo named Marco and the school color is green soooo.. yeah
