Just a filler one.

"Are they here yet?"

"I don't know when they're coming but you and Ais will stay here,just to be sure." Magi says while cooking dinner.

"I have to see him," I say and Magi nods.

"He knows,"She says and than adds," He will come,dont worry!"

The door opens and my heart skips a beat.
Is it him?

Of course not.

"It's freezing outside or this pregnancy is turning me more human day by day," Ais says while taking her coat and scarf off.

"Come by the fire child," Magi says and Ais comes sitting next to me.

"Hey,what is wrong?" She asks.

I turn to look at her.

"What do you mean?"

"Your eyes,you're anxious." She states.

I sigh.

"I do envy you and the relationship you have with Kai,you know that?" I say in a matter of fact.

She coughs.

"Why would you possibly feel that way Luna?"

"Don't Luna me!" I say angrily.

"Osy,what's wrong?"

"Do you know that I count only three moments when he's been warm to me and expressed his emotions without difficulty,one of them having sex?It is very difficult this bond of ours.And now that I discover dangerous things coming,I realise I don't know shit about him.And he is my fucking mate..." I sigh and put my head on my hands.

"Don't you be stupid,If he didn't love you like you're implying,he wouldn't have asked us to...."Her words stop when Magi
screams,"Tshhhhhaaaaa,"and throws a glare at Ais.

What the hell is happening?

"So as I was saying," Ais starts again," I know the Alpha loves you and it is new to him too so you're gonna learn through it together."

"You were not saying that Aislyn," I say and roll my eyes.

"Of course I was,are you sure you have your mind intact?" She says and I laugh a little.

"No,not at all." I say and sigh.

"Shut up girls and come to eat," Magi says from the table and we both make our way to the wild roses and roots,for sure.

I watch the sun rising from my bed.
My knees are tightly pressed on my chest and my arms circled around them.
I am just thinking blankly when a silhouette appears in the edge of the forest and stops in its track.
I try to smell its scent but it is far away so I just stay in my place.
Then a growl comes from the place the silhouette is staying and I suddenly feel the hardness and strength of my mate's chords in its sound.

I run to the door and throw it opened.
Morning breeze makes my eyes teary but I pay no attention to that and start running to Adraen's shadow.
I stop ten steps away from him,now being able to see his face and body.

"Hey," I say breathlessly.

He just observes me without speaking a single word.

"Adri.." I start but he cuts me off.

"You should get back inside,its cold in these morning hours."And then he turns his back and starts walking away.

Not so fast mister.

I go after him and catch his hand,a thing that makes him stop breathing.

"Why did you come?" I ask,not releasing his hand.

He lowers his head,avoiding my stare.

"Magi,I had to ask her about something." He says.

I go near him until we're chest to chest.
He raises his head and looks at me with a questioning expression while I let my head fall aside so that my mark is on display.

"You can't lie to me Adraen," I start saying," Maybe marking and mating someone means nothing to your stone heart but it means a lot to me.I am sorry if you find me not good enough to be your equal and I am sorry that the Gods chose to punish you by giving you a mate.I now understand that."

I look at him with a hard glare but he just raises his thick eyebrow.

"Stone heart you said hm?" His eyes turn black and he takes my hand and places it on his beating heart.

"Fucking sorry that I didn't bring you flowers or lit you some fucking candles." He scoffs.

I take my hand back and look at him angrily.

"Are you really that stupid that you think I want flowers and candles? I am not a fucking pretty little girl that needs someone to hold her all the damn time.I just want at least one sign that you care for me and you didn't just mark me so that you can have a heir.You don't even touch me.You avoid me like I'm a fucking deases." I yell and his eyes become soft.

"I must have mistaken your likings with Eiriks." He says and I can't hold my smile.

"Come here," He opens his arms and I sigh while making my way to him and his warm embrace.

"Tara,"He whispers while sniffing my hair.

"I am here for you now Adri,and you will never be alone anymore.We are all here for you,your little family." I say and kiss his jaw.

"I have a surprise for you tonight." He blurts out.

I raise my head from his chest and look at those olive galaxies.

"Is this why you came?" I ask.

He nods.

"I wanted to see you or hear your beating heart from afar.And tonight will be something."

He wraps me  around his finger when he talks these long sentences with a little affection display in them.

"What if they come?"

"No,they won't come tonight amica mea."

Again this language.

"What does it mean?" I smile softly and he smiles back.

"Qui sis tam pulcher, Tara mea."

(You are so beautiful,my Tara.)He says again and I just shiver.

"This is unfair." I pout and then he pecks my lips.

"Go,Magi is waiting for you inside." He says and in the blink of an eye there before me stands a big dark brown wolf.

"Bye Adri,see you tonight," I say to him and he just nods his big head and takes off into the  forest.

A sweet smell conquers my senses after I enter the house.
Magi's cooking is to die for.

"You know," Ais starts talking," Listening to your conversation, with Magi's help of course,reminded me to tell you that Alpha has never had a girlfriend."

I sit by her and raise my eyebrows.

"Why are you telling me this?"

"Well I see him going from hot to cold and then warm too fast and you having a problem with that.You say you envy me but you should know that he never lost hope and he waited for his mate till now.I know it."She smirks.

"That pup better start pulling his head out of his ass." Magi says while putting the bowls in front of us and taking a sit next to me.

"He said he got a surprise for me tonight." I say.

Ais freezes.

"Oh,really?"she says at the same time Magi says,"Wondering what is it,"but never looking in my eyes.

So they know.

"Mhm," I continue eating peacefully.

Silence falls until Magi coughs.

"I've made a dress for you,wear it tonight,"she says and Ais smiles.
I leave my spoon and hug her.

I wonder what tonight will bring.
