Mountain Pathways
I'm teetering on the edge of a mountain.
One side a giant cavern, and the other a castle of dreams.
I stay on the top, surveying the ground,
Both with mysteries of darkness to be found.
I'm teetering on the edge of a mountain.
One side a dark ravine, and the other a forest of hope.
I stay on the top, the sides are steep,
Both crumbling down into the deep.
I'm teetering on the edge of a mountain.
One side waves of hate, and the other a wind of sorrow.
I stay on the to, the unknown site before me,
Both going somewhere, but which is my key.
I'm teetering on the edge of a mountain.
One side for my past and a side for my
future.
Here I walk on the line in the middle; let me remember those pathways, but walk my present.
