Winter POV

I was awoken by an alarm going off and when I looked over and I saw (Y/n) putting on his armor in a slight rush and I asked him 

"What's going on?" and he put on his helmet and said 

"White Fang are swarming all over the place, Ironwood's calling everybody into action" and he got his weapons and before he left he said 

"Get ready fast, Were abandoning the base and if your not on a evac bird when were leaving, your getting left behind" and he left the room. I threw on my uniform and grabbed my sword and when I got near the window I could see that it was a war zone outside. I went outside to into the halls and (Y/n) was there and he was shooting at some White Fang grunts 

"Toke you long enough" he said and shot two in a row 

"(Y/n), I don't have a ranged weapon" I said and he handed me his pistol and I started to shoot. After dealing with them we were moving towards the hangar and before we entered (Y/n) pulled out his bow 

"Open the door" he said and I opened the door to see about 50 White Fang and they all turned to look at us. (Y/n) drew back the bow and shot in the middle of them and it electrocuted all of them. 

"General, we cleared out the hangar" he said into his communicator 

"Good, now I need the two of you to-" it got cut of by static 

"Interference" he said and turned it off 

"were going over to the end of the airstrip and that's where were leaving" 

"How long do we have?" 

"About 10 minutes" he said and a door opened and the guy that had a suit on, with red hair and a sword walked out 

"Your not going anywhere" he said and (Y/n) stood in front of me 

"Winter, get out of here. If I'm not on a bird out of here, don't wait for me" and I grabbed his arm 

"What do you mean?Of course your going to be there" 

"I'm telling you to go now" and as much as I wanted to stay with him, I knew that this was his fight and I went off to the extraction point.

(Y/n) POV

"So, Adam, how are you doing?" I asked the psycho asshole in front of me 

"Don't try to stall, one of us is going to leave here" 

"And the other is going to die" I said and pulled out my (f/c) energy sword 

"New toy?" he asked and I ignited it's blade. Adam then pulled out his sword and I'm more than aware of what happens when he hits something with it. I blocked his slash and tried to then slice his shoulder which missed. He then stabbed at me but I moved to avoid most of it but it still hit my side 

"Sonovabitch" I said under my breath and rolled away from him. I decided to start the second part of my plan and I ran back into the halls 

"You can't run forever!" Adam yelled while chasing me. I ran into an ventilation shaft that had two large fans at either end 'Good' I thought as Adam came through the door way 

"You really know how to piss me off" he said and he walked into the center 

"Wow, your stupid" I said to him and I was holding my wound 

"How so" he said and was going to try to stab me with his semblance 

"If you would turn your attention to either side you'll see why" and he looked to the sides and saw the large fan blades. I activated my magnetic boots that held me in place 

"Damn you" he said and jumped up. While he was in the air I activated the fans and it sucked him into one of them and I heard him yell 

"NOOOO-" and he was cut off by being turned into a red mist by the fan blades 

"Auf Wiedersehen asshole" I said looking at the spinning blades that were now stained red. I then turned them off and went out to get to the evac point.

Winter POV

I was waiting for (Y/n) at the end of a runway till the pilot said 

"We got to go!" 

"Wait, we still got people out there" I said to him and he just sighed 

"They have one minute and no more" and we kept still for a little longer. 

"Times up!" he said and the door started to close. I kept asking him to hold on a little longer but right as the door was about to close (Y/n) slid under neath the door and said 

"Oh, please don't make me do that again" and I hugged him tightly 

"I told you that you'd would make it" I said and he was rubbing my back 

"Ow, can I get someone to look at this" he said pointing to the gash in his side 

"How did you get that?" I asked him and he just chuckled 

"Well the guy who gave it to me is a stain on the side of a wall now, but seriously can I get a medic" he said and limped over to the medical station. 'I can't believe he would be so reckless' I thought as we left the area.
