A man there was
Feeling too important
Ego in bloom
The most qualified,
He felt he was

He was the "Irreplaceable man"
His absence,he thought,
Would leave a vacuum
Noone could ever fill it
A peacock in a suit

"Take a bucket",I told him
"Fill it up with water
Dip your hand in it
Up to your elbow"
Still not getting it

" Pull it out
And the hole that remains
Is how much your absence would be felt"
I told him

Stir up the water all you please
Play all you want when you enter
But stop
In a minute you'll find
It'll look just like before

Do the best you can
Be proud of yourself
But remember
There is no"Irreplaceable man"
