This is just a short poem that I wrote a while ago. I found it, edited it and decided to post it. It speaks to me more now than it did when I first wrote it. Sometimes it's easy to lose yourself when life gets in the way.

It was a chance that I did not take,

A chance that was worth a Million;

A chance that was worth a Lifetime.

It was a chance to be free,

Free from the shackles of pain

That Life has placed on us.

It was a chance to be me.

And I passed it up.
