The day Flash got back from his suspension was the day of the internship. Peter could feel the glare that was sent his way all day. It made him tense and uncomfortable but he wasn't approached at all. Though everywhere he walked all he could hear were whispers. He kept his head down knowing the bruises that once covered his skin and the very prominent purple and blue that was near his eye that was now practically gone would just make it worse.

Peter was in the car with May driving. They were both happily chatting with Peter trying to get rid of his nerves. But talking to May caused positive thoughts as the car filled with laughter.
