Me: *one porch with mom*
*LIGHTNING BOLT STRIKES IN THE FIELD ACROSS FROM OUR HOUSE AND LETS OUT A HUGE "CRACK!"*
Me: OH NO MA'AM! *runs inside*
Mom: *comes in shortly after*
Me: *clings to mom* I dont like it.... *hurries over to Jamie's room and pounds on his door* PRAYER TIME! I WANNA GET TO BED!
Jamie: *asks what happened*
Me: *explains*
Jamie: wimps.
Me: *glares at him and thinks "Well Mr. Big Shot, you weren't out there to see it, now were you? So I suggest you shut your trap."*

THIS HAPPENED LAST NIGHT
I also woke up around 5:15 AM right before a thunder clap sounded and it shook the house. I just checked the time, rolled over, and went back to sleep for another hour (so basically, I woke up at around 6:15 AM like usual)
