"Oh, Lewis, this one is perfect!"

I giggled as I picked up a woman's bee Halloween costume.

He picked it up and started laughing so much, he was almost in tears.

"Yeah, because I haven't had enough of bees already (y/n), sure."

"I think it'd look hot on you."

"Everything looks good on Lewis Brindley."

"Mmmhhh, that's exactly why you should just use this for Halloween!"

"I'm fucking kidding," he said smiling.

I just giggled some more.

I put the bee costume down. I then saw the same exact costume, except it was a ladybug instead.

"Alright Lewis, since you don't like bees, will you at least try this?"

I flipped over the costume package to show the picture of the gorgeous girl in the ladybug costume and smiled.

"Fuck off," he said, laughing some more.

I placed the costume back and said, "Okay, well, I'm trying to help here. You're the one who asked me to come."

"You're right, I'm sorry," he said, placing his arm around my shoulder, and smiling.

"Now, can you please make up your mind? It's a Halloween costume, not a life-long partner."

"It's also a guy Halloween costume."

I just smiled and said, "Then pick one!"

"Okay, okay."

"Wow, Lewis, very original costume."

"What can I say? The Scream costume is comfortable, but can make someone uncomfortable," he said, purposely putting more emphasis on the un.

It was slowly getting darker and gloomier, so Lewis had offered to walk me back to my flat.

"Oh, I almost forgot (y/n), thanks for helping me."

I smiled. "Oh, it was no trouble." I paused. "Well, I say that."

"Hey!" He began laughing and smiling, and he gave me a slight nudge on the arm with his fist.

"I'm just kidding!"

"You won't wanna kid around after this!"

He started tickling me around my sides, stomach, and armpits. I began aggressively trying to get him to stop.

"Oh my God, Lewis, stop!" I couldn't help myself from letting out a few giggles.

"Never!"

"I'll-" I paused to let out a somewhat quiet screech. "I'll go right back the the store and grab the bee costume!"

"Oh, shush, you wouldn't."

"I so would!"

"Yeah, sure." He gave a slight smirk and rolled his eyes, then he threw me over his shoulder.

"Lewis! What the fuck?!"

"Oh, I'm sorry, would you rather walk? I know you, and I know you hate walking, or any motion as a matter of fact."

I sighed. "You're right, continue."

He kept his right arm wrapped around my back to make sure I didn't slide off his shoulder. It was nice; I don't know why I didn't make him do this more often.

Sooner or later, we arrived at my flat.

He set me down and said, "Well, we're here."

"Uh, yeah. Okay, bye." I gave a slight show of the palm of my hand, almost slightly waving, and continued towards my flat door.

"What? I don't get a fucking hug?"

"No, you're a prick!"

He stared at me, his eyebrows furrowed, and pouting.

"I'm just kidding, Lewis, come here."

I placed my arms around his back and held him.

I suddenly felt him grip me harder around my shoulders. He also nuzzled his face into my neck, as I set my chin on his shoulder.

He finally released and began to ask, "Wanna help me find a costume again sometime?"

He was smiling; weird offer, but cute.

"Uh, sure, maybe next time you can be Michael Myers," I joked, giggling.

"Okay, see ya' around, (y/n)."

"See ya'!"
