Previously on You Thought Wrong
Naruto tilted his head. He ran over and gently hugged on Gaara's arm. With surprise, Gaara began to follow Naruto to what seemed to be a playground.

The Hokage sighed. "Poor Gaara..."

Chapter 7
Naruto brought Gaara to the playground and sat on one of the swings. "What's your name?" He asked, beginning to swing.

Gaara just sat on the swing, kicking up some dirt with the toe of his sandal. "Gaara..." He responded, not used to someone actually talking to him, and not yelling at him.

Kurama perked his ears. "Kit, you just ran into the One tails' jinchuriki. "

'Huh?'

Kurama facepalmed. "There are 9 tailed beast's. I'm the final, Shukaku is the first. Shukaku resides in Gaara."

Naruto made an 'o' of realization. "So you're a jinchuriki?"

Gaara tilted his head. "Jin... jinchurki?"

"Yeah, it means you have a tailed beast sealed inside of you. That normally means you're singled out by everyone around you and are most often hunted by the other villagers."

Gaara was in surprise. "But I don't want to be a jinchurki, I just want to be a normal boy..." He muttered, glaring at the ground.

Naruto nodded. "No one ever wanted to be a jinchurki, but you just have to work with what you have. For instance, I became friends with Kurama, because he doesn't deserve to be locked away as much as we didn't deserve to be the host that kept them locked away. "

Gaara gave a nod. "But how can I be friends with It? If people don't like me because of it, what are the chances we'll become friends?"

Naruto shrug. "You don't know until you try. "

Gaara nodded. "How do I meet this tailed beast? How do I know he won't hurt me?'

Naruto stopped swinging, crossing his legs on the swing. He closed his eyes. "Leave it all to me."
