2. TRY to make a good first impression.

I look down at my notebook once again. I take my sparkly purple gel pen and check off step 1. I look at the next step. Step 2. The step I always mess up on. 

I have a feeling my first impression wont be as good as I hope. Ugh I'm such a lo- my thoughts are cut off once gain by two familiar aqua eyes.

"Heeeeeeeeeey beautiful!" James says as he slides into the seat next to me.

"You're in the same class? Wow gee I'm sooooooooooooo happy." I say in a monotone voice.

"Oh, you shouldn't be talking. You'll be all over me soon or later." He winks as I roll my eyes.

"Whatever."

A lady who looks in her early 20's with brown hair cascading down her back and bright hazel eyes. To be honest, she looks like she could pass as a teenager.

"Hello class! As some of you know, I'm Miss Coul, but you can call me Kaci. As your schedules say, This is the FT class. That stands for free time. So basically, it's free period, but me and the other FT teachers have to patrol the school so none of you guys do something against the school policy and blah blah blah. Basically, you guys can go do whatever you want. If you guys want to, you can stay and and draw or read or whatever. It doesn't matter." Miss coul says as three fourths of the class  leaves the classroom.

I stay behind to look over my notebook and plan. James stays with me and looks at his phone.

"Pssssst." I turn around to see a group of maybe 3 girls.

"Hm?" I answer, closing my notbook.

"Wanna sit with us?" A girl with really light blonde hair and sea blue eyes asks.

I nod and get up to sit with them.

"Soooo... You're friends with like, the cutest guy in school? How's it like?" A girl with blue and purple-ish hair with emerald eyes asks me.

"It's nice I guess. I mean, he flirts a lot and ya." I answer like it's no big deal.

"Ooooooooooo~" the other one with silverish hair responds. "By the way, My name is Cathy, The one with blonde hair is Macci, and the one with Blue and purple hair is Crystal."

"Nice names. My name is Avaline. Are you guys like, Popular or somethin?" I ask them.

"No, but we are kinda in between, ya' know." Crystal answers.

"Oh, Ya I get it."

For the rest of the class we continue talking and Macci plays with my blonde hair that has mint highlights.
