Chapter 26- Family Never Forgets

The second day of this interning, and you tilted your head at Ryukyu's question.
"Why would I need a costume?" You asked her, looking at her like she insulted your clan.

"I just thought it would be cool one you! You don't need to keep looking like... well, a homeless person," She sheepishly rubbed her neck and pointed at your clothing.
"These clothing are a cultural importance to my clan!  I already had to tolerate on the new clothing with that weird smell," You stuck your tongue out.

"Ok! Sorry for insulting your clothes. Maybe, we could alternate a costume that is inn that era," She suggested.
"Not right now, I'm feeling weird now," You sighed and sat down on the couch, feeling light headed.

"Hey, are you okay?" She asked you with concern. You felt strange since the morning, and you had this sinking feeling in your stomach as well.
"Yeah, I just need to rest for a moment," You mumbled, laying down on the bed.

"It's okay, you trained enough for the day," She reassured you, ruffling your hair.

"Besides, there's something in the city that I need to go and help with. You're not a hero in training, so you can't go with me," She explained to you. You nodded, laying your head against your pillow.

"Stay here, and don't leave the building," She told you, pulling the blanket over you.
"Don't worry, I'm not leaving," You smiled, making her smile back and left the room. You yawned, closing your eyes and allowed the sounds of the city consume you.

'I wonder if Zuku's having any fun,'

Beep

You groggily opened your eyes, looking over to your phone, where a message was sent to you.
'Zuku...?' You thought, opening the app to read what he sent you.

That made your eyes widened, and shuffled to stand up, you read the message over and over, and just tossed your phone onto your pillow.

Opening a window, you closed your eyes and took a deep breath.
'Find his scent, the scent of Zuku, where are you?' After a few seconds, you snapped your eyes open and spread your wings, jumping out of the window, and flew across the city.

Zuku:

Location sent: SOS

"All of you, fake heroes, it'll be more satisfying to kill you all," Stain licked his blades, seeing all of kids paralyzed, and too injured.
"Let's make this quick," He grinned maniacally, raising his katana.

But then, Stain paused, before throwing his dagger straight at a wall, where it clashed against an invisible force and was knocked to the ground.
"No one sneaks up behind me," He snapped out, eyes wide and looking around.

The three were confused, wondering if a pro hero finally showed up. A low growl made his throw another dragged at a wall, where a purple blast clashed against the weapon.
'That blast... it can't be!' Izuku thought, hope in his stomach, but at the same time, fear.

From the darkness, you emerged as your scales became visible again, a dark look on your dragon face, and teeth bared.

"It's you... that dragon..." Stain licked his teeth slowly, gripping his katana.
"You're not a hero... you're not a villain... nothing but a stupid dumb creature," You gave a low hiss, eyes into slits.

"You're here to save these poor wannabe heroes, aren't you?" He asked, but you said nothing.
"Doesn't matter, you're just another pain," With one motion, he threw another dagger and charged at you, holding his katana out.

You waited until he was inches close to you, until you shifted into your human form, and ducked under him, rucking your wings and tail in to avoid any cuts. Getting behind him, you sent a plasma blast and hit him from behind, jumping away to avoid the dagger and katana.

"Very fast... and very observant," Stain muttered.
'He doesn't have a fighting style, moves are unpredictable, but it's nothing I could handle... I hope,' You thought, flying upward to avoid a charging of Stain.

"(Y/N), I could move again! Help Todoroki and Iida!" Izuku shouted, slowly getting up and went to attack Stain. You nodded and turned into your dragon form, licking the wound on Todoroki's arm. He sat up slowly and looked at you.

"Thank you... (Y/N)?" He guessed your name, making you nod, using your head as a stand for him to stand up. He activated his flames and charged to help Izuku. You went to Iida next, but he clenched his teeth in pain and anger.

"I don't want you here... leave... please...!" He croaked out. You simply stared at him, turning into your human form, and crouched near him.
"My siblings, they look up to me, want to be like me, just like ye and yer brother," You started, causing Iida's eyes to look up at you.

"If I was yer brother, they would do the same thing yer doing... but understand this," You leaned in near his wounds, and gently licked it, causing Iida to his in pain, but the pain went away fast, as his wound healed.

"I never want them in harms way, revenge or not. So why are yer being stupid, and hurting yer brother even more?" You hissed, helping him up, but his legs were very shaky.
"If we both want to be just like our idols, then we stand, and become them," You placed a hand on his shoulder, and gave you a small smile.

"Become Ingenium, and fight," He stared with tears in his eyes.
'Stand and fight... like a true hero,' Iida wiped the tears away, and nodded.

"(Y/N)!! Watch out!!" Izuku screamed, seeing Stain throw another dagger at you and Iida's direction. Iida's eyes widened, and tried to shield you from the attack.

SHATTER

It was so quick. You used your tail to grab it and crushed it into pieces. Iida was in shock, but Stain gave a creepy smile.
"You seem a little more powerful than the others, I like it," He licked his lips, avoiding ice from Todoroki.

Stain charged at you, but Iida activated his quirk and grabbed you, side stepping from the villain.
'I can't take all of them and run, even if in my dragon form, we need to keep him like this until those humans come,' You noted.

"You three," Iida started, and you all looked at him.
"... Thank you..." He strained out, as Stain slammed his blade against the ground.
"You all are nothing but frauds, someone needs to teach a lesson," He croaked, making you growl.

"Be a good dragon and stand still!" Stain grinned and charged again. You, Iida, and Todoroki jumped away and Todoroki shot flames out.
'He's getting desperate, he's running out of time,' You thought.

'He wants to kill the other hero and Iida,' You charged forward, closing your wings together and flew towards him. Stain dodged and you landed on all fours on the wall. You saw the villain stabbed Iida to the ground, and stabbed Todoroki on the arm.

You spread your wings to attack again, gritting your teeth.
'Keep on moving, don't let him-!'

SHING

"(Y/N)!!" The three screamed, seeing the katana through your wing, making your eyes widened, and crashed onto you ground.
'Dammit! I still can't move!! I need to get to them!! No!!' Izuku couldn't move his leg, but activated his quirk anyways.

Stain stood over you, your body twitching in pain, with you giving him a death glare.
"Shigaraki doesn't want you alive, but he wants to kill you with his own hands," He slurred out,

He grabbed the katana, making you roar in pain, which made Stain to stomp on your head hard. He was about to lick your blood, but stopped, seeing your blood sizzle against his weapon.
'Now I see,' He thought.

"I don't know why, you seem pretty weak, you're a waste on any villain's time, even with your filthy blood," He spat out, making you give a deep growl, anger building up in you.

"I hope he doesn't mind if I kill you myself, you're not a hero, so you're just a bug in my way," He licked his lips one more time before raising his other katana over your head, making you shut your eyes.

Shouts of your friends were heard, but Stain still gave a giant and sinister grin, looking over you.

"Don't worry, you're death will be painless,"

BOOM

You opened your eyes to see that Stain was no longer on top of you, and you painfully got back on your legs.
"Oh yeah? Yer death will be full of pain, when I'm done with ye," You heard, and you had the same feeling in your stomach.

"Come one you kids, let's get you up," You heard another voice, and you saw a human helping Todoroki, Izuku, and Iida up. You then looked back at the one who saved you, seeing him holding Stain by the throat.

He had wings behind his back, and horns at the front of his head.
"No one, and I mean no one, hurts my family," He snarled, using one of his wings to jam it against Stain's hand, where he tried to get another dagger out.

"What...?" You mumbled, and he turned to face you, giving a big grin.
"Nice to see you again kid," Finally seeing his face, your eyes widened in shock, and tears filled your eyes.

"Uncle Cloudjumper!!"
