Chapter 44- Looking For Decorations

Your tail swayed against the ground, with the class and Aizawa standing in front of a dorm building.
"For now, I'm just glad we were able to bring Class 1-A back together again." He started out, with the relief of the class having permission to move in.

"Now, I'll explain briefly about the dorms, but first-," Aizawa nodded his head raised his hand up.
"For now, we will focus on getting the professional licenses we were planning to have you get during camp." People started to whisper about licenses, while you tuned that out.

"Listen up, because this is important. Kirishima, Yaoyorozu, Todoroki, Midoryia, Iida, Bakugou. These six went to save (Y/N) that night." You tensed at that, slightly gripping your arms tightly.

"Your reactions tell me that you all were at least aware of to. I'm going to set aside a number of issues and say this. If it weren't for All Might's retirement, I would've expelled everyone except Jiro and Hagakure," You looked at him in slight belief.

"Of course the six that went, but also the twelve who knew but didn't stop them betrayed our trust, no matter the reason. I would be greatful if you could follow the proper procedures and act properly in order to regain that trust," You immediately felt guilty, feeling responsible for the scolding towards the class.

"That is all. Now, were going inside. Let's have some energy and have fun," He said turning around and walking away.
'How can we have fun after that speech?!' The class thought. You looked over to see Izuku, Kirishima, Yaoyorozu, and Iida about to cry.

'This was all my fault' You thought, also seeing Bakugo clenching his fists. You tried to think of something, something to make them feel a little better.

"Zuku!" You suddenly turned to the boy, with a horrified look on your face.
"Ye have something on yer face!" You gasped, and he panicked, thinking it was a bug.

"Here! I'll help!!" You quickly lifted your tail, and whacked him on the face.
"Ow!! Did you get it?!" He shouted, rubbing his nose. You held in a laugh at Izuku being naive, so you continued.

"It's on yer shoulder now!!" He began to scream a little, frantically wiping his shoulders until you grabbed him from there.
"Don't panic Zuku!! I said don't panic!!" You dramatically shouted, and began to shake him with such speed, he felt like passing out.

Suddenly, Jiro burst into laughter, as did Uraraka and Kaminari. Soon, the class began to laugh at your antics, seeing Izuku dance around in a panic of having a bug on him, and with you flapping your wings.

Bakugo and Todoroki watched your little performance, with Bakugo hiding a snort and shook his head, while Todoroki held a small smile. You hid a smile and sighed with content.

"Each student dorm holds one class. Girls on the right, and boys on the left. But the first floor is the common area. Foods, baths and laundry are on this floor." You were very excited, knowing that the class now lived in the same building as you.

"Rooms start on the second floor. There are four rooms per gender on each floor with five floors total. Everyone gets their own room. They're luxurious spaces equipped with their own AC, toilets, fridges, and closets." Aizawa tiredly explained.

"I'm glad yer all are living here. I don't have to be alone anymore," You gave them a smile.
"Wait, you mean you were living here all this time?" Sero asked you.
"Originally in a cave, and now here. It got a little lonely, but not anymore," You shrugged.

"But hey, Zuku taught me how to use a toilet,"

"He WHAT?!"

"T-THEY DIDN'T MEAN IT LIKE THAT!!"

You were laying on the couch in the common area, breathing out fire smoke to make yourself warm.
"Sorry it took so long to unpack (Y/N), considering you lived here for a while, but now we get to talk!" Izuku beamed, making you smile and sit up straight.

But before you could talk, the girl group walked up to you both and the boy group.
"Hey boys! And dragon, you done with your rooms?" Mina asked.

"Yep! We're just talking," Kirishima said smiling.
"Well, the girls and I were thinking since everyone is done, let's see who's dorm room is the coolest!" Mina beamed excitedly.

You paused at her declaration, and slowly turned to Izuku, who immediately panicked.
"Wait Wait! Don't go in!" But it was too late, for the girls already opened his door, revealing his All Might themed dorm.

"Woah! It's filled with Allmight!" The girls said.
"Now I know why ye didn't let me in yer home back home," You gave an awkward smile, making his face heat up big time.

"So embarrassing..." He mumbled, and quickly stood next to his bed, kicking a box of tissues under his bed.
'Very!!' He thought with a red face.

Next up was Tokoyami's room, but he was blocking his door. Mina and Hagakure had to push him aside and his room was completely black and purple.

"It feels... like my room back at home," You commented, taking in the vibe. Tokoyami sulked in his corner, mumbling to get out. You respected his wishes and got out to avoid his anger.

Then it was Aoyama's, and his room completely fit his personality, ie; mirrors and glitter.
"Sparkling," You shielded your eyes while walking out. The last room was Mineta's, but everyone decided not to go in after he was waving his hand over.

Ojiro's room was next, and nothing was decorated at all.
"So bland," Ashido and Hagakure said.
"Are we done here?" Ojiro asked sadly.

It was then Iida's room, and it was filled with books and glasses.
"Woah," you mumbled.
"Nothing strange here!" He said while smiling. You decided to pick up a pair of glasses and put them on.

You blinked for a second, before taking them off and stared at it for a moment.
'... I need to ask Uncle Cloudjumper for one... I think I'm blind,' You thought, quietly tucking the glasses into your pocket.

You then went into Kaminaris room, and it was filled with random things.
"It looked like he grabbed random things he could find," Jiro said.
"What?! But it's cool!" Kaminari argued back.

Koda was next, and there was a bunny.
"Bunny!!" The girls squealed, you smiled and crouched to pet the bunny as Koda blushed shyly.
"No fair man, you cheated with the bunny," Kaminari mumbled.

Kirishima was up next and it had a punching back and everything gym and manly.
"So manly Kirishima," You mimicked his iconic line, which made him give a toothy grin.
"You understand!" He said.

You walked into Shoji, but there was basically nothing in there.
"How'd he get rid of the bed?" You whispered to Izuku, who shrugged, also in confusion.

Next was Sero, and it looked pretty cool, giving a exotic theme to his room.
"Different from the others, very surprising," You commented, making him smile.
"Yep! Always the unexpected!" Sero beamed.

It was Todoroki's room now, and everyone was thinking about what it looked like. The door opened and it was a completely different room.
"How did you do this in one day?" Kaminari asked in awe.
"Hard work," He simply said, a little flustered by the loud questions.

Sato was the last one, where it was pretty basic, but he made some cake, and it tasted amazing.
"So good, so fluffy," You said, muffled through the cake. Sato was a little embarrassed and thank the girls for liking it.

After they were finished with the boys' rooms, it was now the girls' turn apparently.
Jirou's room was filled with musical instruments.
"Ye play all of these?" You asked.
"O-only a little," She stammered shyly, feeling small at the amount of compliments.

Next up was Hakagure's room and it was... incredibly pink.
"It reminds me the underbelly of Crubble," You mumbled, remembering the pink Gronkle.

Next up was Minas room, kinda the same with Hagakure, but with hot pink and black.
"Feels... early 2000s," Sero commented, looking at the scarfs.

Then up was Uraraka.
"I don't have anything interesting in here too," She said rubbing the back of her head.
"I still think it's cool," You reassured her, looking at her little cactus, making her smile.

"Next is Asui, where is she?" Izuku asked, making you shrug.
"Oh, she wasn't feeling good, so she's staying in," Uraraka explained, making everyone nod, understanding.

Now, it was Yaoyorozu, and she had a gigantic bed, barely fitting the room.
"I never realized how small these dorms are," She mumbled shyly.
"Dragons don't have currency, how bad is the economy?" You asked Uraraka.

"Very bad," She said, making you nod in acknowledgment.
"Ok (Y/N), your turn," That made Izuku freeze up and felt his face turn red.
'(Y/N) had a room now, I wonder what it looks like? What kinds of decorations they'll have? What kind of scent-?!' He immediately slapped himself at the last thought.

You gave a gummy grin and opened your door.
"It's nothing much. Just a few things that remind me of home," You nonchalantly said.
"Aw! So cute!" Ashido said in awe, as everyone else saw the inside.

"Uncle Cloudjumper helped me," You rubbed your neck. There was a Ryukyu plush on your bed, glow-in-the-dark stars glued on the ceiling, photos of Cloudjumper and Hiccup, with a cork board on the wall with papers and photos of random things, and a picture frame of you and Izuku.

That made the boy blush even more, feeling like he could pass out at any moment.
"You have crystals! So cool!" Mina and Hagakure cooed, making you giving out some for the girls.

Eventually, the votes came in on best room, where Sato won, mostly because of his cake, but it was fun nevertheless.
