Ruby's Point of View

According to Manga, the promo worked. Everyone in the Sectors had seen it, and they all believed it. There have been uprisings against Mojang.

Unfortunately, Mojang has been fighting back.

They've been using their Zombies, Skeletons, Spiders, Slimes, Silverfish, Cave Spiders, Witches, Creepers, and Endermen to attack whoever defies them.

Mojang was too powerful.

And all the Resistance was doing was hiding.

Ruby wanted to do something. To fight. But Steve and the others still weren't back yet. Ruby figured they must've been forced to walk back. The Shark must've been destroyed.

Hopefully, they would be back soon.

Alex was still there. No one knew she was a spy, except Ruby. But Ruby couldn't do anything about it anyway.

Luckily, the Resistance hadn't done anything secret lately, so Alex didn't have anything to tell Mojang. Not that she could, since Ruby had destroyed her phone.

Ruby left the meeting with Manga and Lourd. They had been discussing possible attack strategies on Mojang. Ruby walked out and strode through the common area of the bunker.

She saw Louis and Emily playing with Goley. Nina was talking to some other adults. Colin, the Minecraftian who liked using a stone sword, had finally healed from his wounds, and was feeling much better now. Caroline, the timid Villager woman who hated fighting, was talking to some other Villagers.

There were many other people in the Resistance too. Ruby knew all their names.

And there was Alex. She was still playing with Sadie and Jessie, Jay's dogs. They had no idea that she was a spy.

Ruby glared at her, but Alex didn't notice.

She decided to go outside. Living underground was really stuffy, especially with sixty other people. She needed some fresh air. She went upstairs.

Steve's Point of View

Steve pulled the truck up to the back of the mountain in Sector 29. They had made it.

They were back.

After they had lost Pat and Jen, Tommy had let Steve take the wheel again. Now he and Dee were in the back of the truck again.

"Hey guys?" Steve called into the back. "We're here. We're at the mountain."

No reply. Steve sighed and looked into the back. Tommy and Dee were sitting quietly, stating at the ground.

"Guys, I can't carry both of you back to Creektown," Steve said. At the mention of Creektown, they both looked up.

"Yeah guys, we're at the bottom of the mountain. Let's get climbing," Steve said. When he turned so they couldn't see him, he rolled his eyes.

The three of them started climbing the mountain.

Jay's Point of View

"So, is there any way you can like, teleport us to Sector 29?" Jay asked.

He, Nomis, Kirai, and Scullscan were standing outside of the hut.

"I think so," Nomis replied. She went back inside.

"Hey guys, ya know what's funny?" Jay asked.

Kirai and Scullscan looked at him questioningly.

"All three of you are other people's characters!" Jay laughed.

Hey! No breaking the fourth wall!

"Sorry," Jay replied. "But yeah, Kirai is the_iron_dragon, Scullscan is scullscan, and Nomis is ThomasPaul61! You should all follow them."

Stop it!

"Sorry," Jay said.

Nomis returned with four potions and Simon, her cat.

"These are teleportation potions," she said. "Drink it, think of where you want to go as clearly as you can, and it will take you there."

"I didn't know that was possible," Jay said.

"It isn't for normal Witches. Madge created it herself," Nomis replied proudly.

"Your master is very smart," Kirai said.

"She's not my master," Nomis replied angrily. "She's my friend."

"Oh," Kirai said, not knowing what else to say.

Nomis shook it off. "Ready?" she asked as Simon climbed onto her shoulder.

All three of them nodded.

"Let's go!" Jay said.

They tipped up the potions and drank them.

Steve's Point of View

Steve couldn't believe what he saw.

Creektown, in ruins.

He had seen it on TV, but seeing it in person was much different.

He recognized his house, which had burned down completely except for the cobblestone.

Steve saw the Town Hall, which the watchtower had fallen on. 

He hoped everyone had made it out okay.

"So is there, like a bunker that everyone is hiding in?" Steve asked.

Tommy nodded and pointed to the mountain wall, where they must be a secret entrance.

"We should go say hi," Steve said weakly.

As he started walking over there, he heard a whistling noise.

Not again, Steve thought.

He turned around and swung with his sword, ready to deflect the arrow that was inevitably coming for him.

His sword hit open air.

Steve was confused. He knew he heard an arrow coming.

Then he looked at Dee.

An arrow stuck out of her chest, right where her heart was. She stumbled around a bit, put her hand out towards Steve, then fell to the ground in a bloody heap.

Dee breathed her last breath.

Tears welled up in Steve's eyes. She had been so close to making it to safety. Dee had died only a hundred blocks away from the bunker.

And it was all because of him.

Captainsparklez jumped down from the sky and landed ten blocks away from Steve.

"You," Steve said.

"You," Sparklez replied menacingly.

They charged at each other, iron swords raised.

And they clashed in battle for the umpteenth time, iron sword verses iron sword.

They fought and fought, faster and intenser than ever before. Iron sword clashed on iron sword. Once again, neither of them landed hits on each other, only on the other's sword.

Suddenly, an arrow landed in Sparklez's armor.

Tommy had shot at him.

Sparklez pushed Steve down and turned around quickly, shooting at Tommy. Tommy jumped out of the way, dropping his bow and arrow. He tripped on something and fell hard.

Steve and Sparklez went back to fighting. In a way, Steve was glad Tommy wasn't helping. He wanted this to be a one on one fight.

They fought and fought. But once again, Sparklez pushed Steve down. He stood over Steve, ready to strike.

And a sword went through his shoulder.

"No one messes with my boyfriend," Ruby said from behind Sparklez.

Steve gaped.

Sparklez stumbled. Then he drank a potion and disappeared.

"Ruby!" Steve said happily, getting up.

"Steve!" Ruby exclaimed.

They collided in a kiss that lasted only a few seconds. Then Ruby pulled back worriedly.

"What happened to the others? Why are only you and Tommy here?" she asked.

Steve looked away. "Kirai and Jay split up from us to go look for a Witch hut, along with a guy named Scullscan we met."

"What about Godhand and Todd? And Lee and Dee and Cupcake? " Ruby asked.

Steve gulped. "They're...gone."

Ruby's expression went from confusion to sadness. "Oh," was all she could say.

"Hey look, a TV star," a voice said from behind them.

Steve and Ruby whirled around.

There stood Jay, Kirai, Scullscan, and a girl Steve assumed was the helper. She had a cat on her shoulder.

"Jay!" Ruby said happily. She ran over to him and hugged him. She then hugged Kirai. Scullscan and the helper looked away awkwardly.

"Steve!" Jay exclaimed, and they all ran over to him. Tommy also came over.

The five of them group hugged, with Scullscan and the helper standing off to the side.

Hooray, they're all back. Except for everyone I killed, of course.

This story is in hardcore mode. If a character  dies, they do not respawn.

I guess I should've said that at the beginning, but I completely forgot about it until someone pointed it out. Oops.
