Grover

So starting off with the dream.
Yeah, this is going to take a while. So sit down, grab a bucket of popcorn for me and for you before you do, and enjoy the story because I'm gonna tell you a thing that I had a dream about a few hours ago that I'm still scared about because, hello, its GROVER!!!!!!!!
So yeah, back to my main satyr, Grover.
The dream started out diffrently than what I last remembered.
But I don't even remeber the dream that much so that's probably the reason we have this problem.
But back to the dream, I had seen Grover in a cave. Probably Prometheus' but you can't be too sure.
Of course, until you hear said cyclops' voice.
I was facing a rocky wall, and the voice was behind me so naturally I turned around. What I saw was Grover quivering in a wedding dress, holding a tattered wedding veil. He was giving out excuses for what I'm gessing was the ruined veil.
"I'm so, so so so sorry Prometheus honey," Grover said in a fake girly voice. I'm surprised the cyclops didn't catch up on Grover not being a girl with that voice. "It-it caught up on the rock! I promise I'll finish the veil."
"You better!" Prometheus snapped, "I'm getting tired of waiting, you know." He then walked away, leaving a very scared Groved in the same spot he was in.
"Perce..." he whispered, "If you're finally listening...please hurry up..."
I wanted to say something to reassure my best friend, but first of all I couldn't, qnd second of all, the dream shifted around to reveal Hera. My mom.
"Perseus," she breathed out,"I finally got to you."
I stared at her, before realizing I could probably talk in this.
"Listen, mom," I began before she could say anything, "If you wanted to talk about the head I sent you guys, I just want to say I was going to put a note in the box but forgot to."
Hera blinked before saying, "That... wasn't what I wanted to talk about. But thank you for the clarification." She cleared her throat, "I wanted to talk to you about your quest." I raised an eyebrow, "And Grover."
I felt my blood run cold, "What about Grover?" I asked, "Is there something else happening besides what I saw in my dream?"
Hera sighed, "No. Grover is...safe." I relaxed a bit before Hera said, "But you might not have enough time. Prometheus is getting impatient, as you can see from the dream. If he finds out the real reason Grover's veil is getting ruined as well as who Grover really is...I'm afraid he may not last longer."
  That was putting it mildly.
"How long do you think he has," I asked, hopeful.
"I give it a week." She said. "Now go, my dear son. The world goes even as we talk.
"And I gave you something useful... since you seem to always forget to bring one of these. Its similar to your riptide but in a diffrent form. It should be found where you always kept that sword of yours."
I was going to tell her something along the lines of 'holy crap I forgot my sword again?!?!?' but I woke up.
  Because obviously.

When I woke up, Astra was looming over me with a worried expression. Of course, when I woke up I only had a few seconds to ravish in that feeling of being worried over until Astra freaked out and jumped out of a chair. Which she was in.
Noticing this, I sat up to stretch my arms. Because that's what one does when they wake up and don't really know what to do.
"So, guys..." I began, not knowing how to start. "How are you people?"
Clarisse stood up, "Fine. We're fine. Just that we're in a fight and we went to wake you up."
I immediatly left the bed, which may not have baeen the best idea since I face planted in the bed next to mine.
"Why didn't you guys wake me up sooner?!" I yelled, the matress of the bed muffling my question.
"Because we just got here." Clarissse said, "Though, if you want to know, Astra was about to slap you."
I turned tk look at a sheepish Astra who was sitting on the bed where my face was at. "I knew I could count on you," I said sarcastically.
With that, I pushed myself up from the bed and began tried to stand up again. I succeded. Yes.

I checked my pockets to look for something that may or may not me there. In my right I found a hairpin, 5 cents, a crumpled note, and a pen.
  Guess which one didn't belong.
"I'm guessing this thing is the one Hera gave me..." I muttered to myself. "Now how does one use it..."
"Percy..." Clarisse began, "why did you have a hairpin in your pocket?"
"Because he can Clarisse," Astra replied for me."
"Yeah that." A few seconds of silnce continued before I said, "Hera gave it to me. Its supposed to turn into a weapon." I faced my...quest(?)mates and asked, "You guys wouldn't happen to know how to use it, right?"
Astra was the one to first say anything, "Clarisse, Tyson, go outside and help the zombies." Astra shoed Clarisse away when she gave her a dirty look, "I'm gonna teach a thing or two about this thing to Perce."

Okay, so what Astra taught me was that ,one, This thing only had three uses. Two, there's a button on it that should activate the weapon turning magic. And three, we should probably get going since we've been here for long enough.
So with that we went outside, and I realized we're fucked.
And the weather. The weather was prwtty terrible. Astra hair was blowing all around her face and our clothing was as well. Sea water was getting into our mouths and eyes, as well as our hair. Which, if you have ever been to the sea, is freaking terrible. Because salt water guys.
  "Holy-"
  "Language."
  "...crap..."
I looked at her strangely because we're entering the freaking Sea of Monsters and you want to scold me on my language. Where are your priorities woman?! As well as, how the frick did you hear me over the loid winds?
"Okay then. We are entering the sea of momsters Perce," Astra looked back at me, her eyes red, and yelled, "What do we do?"
I thought for a moment, trying to remember how we went through in the first place.
"We...go through the-we sail in between those two monsters."
"I think those are the same monster." Astra replied, yelling.
  "I know." I yelled back.
"And I'm pretty sure they have a name."
  "I know."
"So.. we.. actually do what you said." She said normally. I almost didn't catch it so it might as well have been a murmur.
"Well, I didn't have a dream with Hera for nothing did I?" I yelled.
"You had a dream about your mom?!" She screamed.
"Yep," I replied, casually, "So whose driving the ship?"
"Uh, well," suddenly two zombies flew from a window and into sea. "Those...two."
"I just love fate," I said, "don't you?"
  "Yeah," Astra said, "totally."
I turned around, "Now up the stairs we go!" And with that, we went back inside amd headed towards the stairs. We went up quickly towards the bridge of the ship.
"Astra, I'm taking the steering wheel. You tell me whats going on outside." I said in a -finally- normal voice.
"Yeah, okay." She replied, "but how do you know how to steer a ship?"
I stared at her for a second before asking, "You don't?"
She stared at me back before saying,      "No I don't, now go steer the ship."
  And I did so.
"Okaaaaaay then." I said. "Can I cuss? I feel lile I should be able to cuss."
Astra gave me a thubs up and said, "Go ahead."
Which naturally, all I did was spew out fuck's all while trying to avoid the two heads of Scylla.
I could almost feel Astra wincing, regretting her choice.
As we neared the two heads, I asked, "Where the speaker?"
Astra replied, "I don't know, probably next to the freaking wheel."
"Oh." Was all I said. I pocked up the old microphone and said, "Hello...hello? Testing. Testing 1-2-3. Testing."
"I think they can hear you." Astra said, "I mean, they're all looking at the bridge now."
"Great," I said, "Okay, everyone be prepared to abandon ship because I don't think we're gonna make it."
And with that, our ship began to fall to peices due to all the stress and it being a two hundread year old ship.

I feel like that was my longest chapter.
