Abiola's POV

"Abiola!" I heard my name being called. I turned around to meet the gaze of Wale.

"Hey." I said and began walking forward. Currently, we were going into the restaurant.

"You've been ignoring me, did I do something wrong?" I rolled my eyes.

"Of course you did." I stopped immediately and turned to him. My parents and konyiis parents stopped, so did Bola and Tope.

"What did I do?" He asked. I felt like bashing his head on the floor.

"Are you asking me what you did? The fact you've been playing me all along or the fact you're a bastard!" I snapped. He looked at Tobi all of a sudden and anger flashed through his eyes, while Tobi kept his calm.

"So you told her huh?! You fucker!" He said and punched Tobi square on the jaw. I gasped and ran towards them, holding Tobi by  his arm. He didn't react, he only looked at him with a slight smirk.

"I asked you to help me with stuff, not take away my girl." Tobi said smiling. Wale was coming closer to him again, but I slapped his left cheek really hard, it was getting red due to his skin colour.

"You bastard!" I screamed. "How dare you?! I was beginning to think maybe I could give us a chance, but you were a lie!" I screamed.

"Abiola, I started loving you the moment we went out and you rejected my kiss. This basta-"

"Don't you dare call him a bastard!" I cut him off. "You're the bastard here. You couldn't say no?!" I turned to Tobi, tears in my eyes. "Don't think I'll ever forgive you! You couldn't-"

"You dont-" Wale began saying but unluckily for him, he was close to me. Close enough that I kicked him in where the sun doesn't shine. He groaned and bent down, making me use my elbows to hit his back. He fell down immediately. Tobi held me and I slapped him, he left me a little and I went back to hit Wale but before I could hit him, Tobi dragged me again, making me scratch Wale's face. I knew I was venting the anger of three people on just him alone. Tobi threw me over his shoulders and walked away, I kept hitting him, but he didn't stop walking. He took me away from everyone's surprised gaze.

We got to the back of the restaurant and he dropped me, before he sighed and stretched his muscles. No doubt I am a load. I glared at him and he just smiled, his lips was busted.

"I'm sorry." He said, I rolled eyes and crossed my hands.

"I don't need it."

"You weren't going to admit you liked me and I didn't want to do it and look stupid, the fact you always acted like you hated me wasn't helping matters. I love you." He said and my eyes almost fell out of their sockets.

"You don't mean it." I said firmly, still shocked.

"Oh I do and I'm not making the same stupid mistake again, neither would I let someone take you away from me." He said, holding my chin. He placed a soft kiss on my lips before he pulled away. "Can we maybe start again?" He asked. I rolled my eyes and began walking away.

"Maybe!" I said loud enough for him to hear after I've walked a distance with out. He chuckled and walked after me. He came caught up to me and we started walking side by side.

"I didn't tell you how pretty you are." He said making me blush.

"Why?" I asked, acting as if I've not been trying to ignore him since.

"Your slaps are pretty painful." He admitted making me laugh. I touched his cheek and smiled.

"You deserved it though."

"Exactly." He chuckled.

We finally got into the restaurant, where everyone was waiting for us. We sat down on the two seats left, near eachother.

"What took you so long?" Konyii whispered. She was seating on my left.

"We were making up. What happened?" She stylishly nodded towards her dad, who was busy glaring daggers at Ayo. No wonder no-one was focused on us, which I was glad.

"I'll tell you what went down later." She whispered. "And I also think he knows about his gun. He has been giving me weird stares since!" She whispered again and I tensed.

"Hope we're not fucked?" I asked.

"I don't think so, we should be safe." She assured. We went back to eating.

My dad cleared his throat and smiled, I looked over at my mom who was also smiling, but I could tell it was forced. Whatever is coming out of that mouth, won't be good to my hearing.

"We have an announcement to make." My dad said, I looked over at his wife and rolled my eyes. Everyone turned their attention to them and I continued eating my food. Tobi and Konyii tapped me at the same time. I looked up to Tobi first and he motioned towards my dad, everyone was looking at me. I faked a smile, which his wife could see well.

"Why's everyone looking at me?" I chuckled.

"We have an announcement to make." My dad said, looking at me.

"Go ahead then." I smiled fakely again.

"A baby is coming on the way." My dad said smiling and he sounded really happy about that. I dropped my fork and stood up, I just knew I wouldn't be liking what he was going to say.

"Congratulations." I said and walked out. My mom kept calling my name, but I didn't stop. I felt my hand being yanked, I turned around to meet Tobi's gaze. I tried to pry my hands away, but he was just too strong, so I gave up.

"Stop that." Tobi said, holding my hand a little bit too tight, in other not to let me go from my struggles.

"Just leave me alone!" I snapped. " It's not as if I'm needed. Way to spoil a day I've been anticipating for a long time!" I said sobbing. He pulled me in for a hug and I calmed down immediately after inhaling his scent. With tears still rolling down my cheeks.

"Stop saying that. You know you're your dad's princess and no one can take your position and you'll be my queen." He said and kissed my forehead. I smiled against his chest. "Do you want to go back inside?" He asked and I shook my head.

"I'll go back to my apartment, I don't want to see that woman." He chuckled and he drove me to my apartment, without notifying anyone.

We went inside my apartment and I removed my shoes immediately. It was only past 5pm, meaning I still have hours to rest. Tobi walked after me and also removed his shoes. I led him to the sitting room and he sat down.

"Do you need anything?" I asked, removing my earrings.

"Nah, I'm good." He replied and I nodded my head.

"I'll be right back." I said and he nodded. I walked to my room and quickly removed my gown and dumped it on the chair. I picked one of my Mickey mouse pj's pants then his hoodie. I went to the bathroom and got rid of my makeup and got into the shower. I washed the gel of my hair and washed my body. Immediately I was done, I came out of the bathtub and cleaned the water off my body and dressed up. Doing the face routine I use everytime after a long day with make up, I tied a head towel and walked out of the bathroom. I picked my phone and went to the sitting room, Tobi had made himself very comfortable so I just to joined him on the couch.

"This can't definitely happen in reality." He said rolling his eyes. I had put on Mary the virgin series, it was only in the first episode and he was complaining, while I kept on laughing.

"It can." I argued back.

"Who would let a drunk doctor attend to a patient?" He asked and though it was true I continued.

"Maybe the nurse didn't know she was drunk?" I asked and he chuckled.

"It's obvious you want to keep the argument going." I giggled and hit his chest.

"How did I forgive you so easily?" I asked playing with his hair that had overgrown a little.

"Because you love me?" The way he did his face made me laugh.

"I didn't say I love you back." I stood up and walked to the kitchen.
"Ouch!" He said loud enough for me to hear.

Yay!! She forgave him!!

Heaven knows where Wale is coz I'm done with him 💅💅2-3 more chapters to go!!
