"You've never been on a boat?" Jack asks Chloe. She shakes her head standing like a board.

"Relax or you're going to fall over," Layla says. Chloe glares over at her and quickly walks over to a seat at the front of the boat.

"Alright, everyone on?" Isaac, the guy driving us asks.

"Yeah," Leland says nodding his head. Leland, Layla, Carson, and Julia go to the front. Taylor travels to the back and takes a seat. Austin, Analyze, and Jack follows behind her. She closes her eyes and lets her arm hang over the boat.

It begins to move and she feels little droplets of water hit her hand. She moves her hand with the wind and just lets her mind wander.

Austin glances over at Taylor and smiles as she looks beautiful. He watches as she seems to relax and not be thinking about something. Jack elbows him in the side. He looks over at him confused. "Checking her out?" He asks knowing the answer. "Just make a move." He says and Austin gives him a look.

"You shouldn't be talking." He says and looks over at Analyze. She's leaning against the back of the boat and staring off into space.

"I'm getting there."

"Are you?" He asks and Jack shrugs.

"What if she... I don't know. I don't wanna make it uncomfortable." He says and rubs his neck looking over at her.

"Dude, she hasn't dated anyone since you to meet, you two are always hanging around each other, she already asks like your girlfriend. Trust me, you guys will be fine." Austin says and Analyze looks over at them. She smiles before looking back towards the front.

"Yeah, I guess." He says with a shrug.

"Man up and just ask her out. It's not life or death." Austin says with a light shove at him.

"It kinda is. I can't live without her. She's my best friend and I don't wanna f*ck something up with us. I know I would and then I'd lose her. I rather have her be my friend than to not have her at all." He says with hurt in his voice. Austin stares at him not sure what to say. "Don't give me that look. I already know I'm in love with her." He says and Austin smiles. He pats him on the back and Jack begins to laugh.

"Man, you gotta say something." He says and then Analyze comes over and pulls him up. She drags him to the side of the boat and is pointing at something. He looks over at her with a smile and nods his head putting an arm around her side.

Austin shakes his head before turning back in his seat. He looks over towards Taylor and sees she's kneeling on the seat and looking over the railing. "What you looking at?" He asks standing up. He walks over next to her and seas fish. Fish with every color swimming everyone.

"It's so pretty." She says almost mesmerized. The boat begins to slow down and Leland hollars for them to come up to the front.

"So, has anyone not been snorkeling?" He asks looking around at our group. Everyone raises their hands except for Leland, Taylor, Austin, and Jack. "And you all signed the contracts?" He asks. Everyone nods. "Alright, you four can get ready, the rest of you pay attention." He says.

Taylor and Leland walk over to the goggles and snorkeling tubes. "How have they all not been snorkeling?" Jack asks taking goggles of his own. Leland shrugs and takes his shirt off ready to get into the water. He then begins to get his flippers on.

Taylor takes her shorts off and then begins to carefully remove her shirt. Once she's in her swimsuit she walks out to the little ledge and sits down letting her legs get wet first. Leland comes running off the boat and jumps in causing the fish around him to swim in different directions. "Leland you're going to scare all the creatures." Taylor scolds him as he comes back up.

He waves his hand not caring and then begins to swimming. Jack sits down next to her and then slides into the water. She grabs her flippers and begins to try and get them on her feet without bending her side. "Having fun?" Austin asks.

She looks up and laughs as he slowly walks with his flippers on. "Yeah, highly amused." She says and he smiles, but then he trips and falls belly first into the water. She cringes and watches as he comes to the surface. "Having fun?" She asks with a smile.

"We might have matching bruises now." He says with a grunt.

"That's why you don't try and walk with flippers on." She says and then slowly lowers herself into the water. "See, easy and no pain." She says even though her side isn't really liking the water. She then feels something go across her leg. She looks down at the water and sees a pod of fish swimming by her.

She puts her head into the water and begins to slowly swim around following the creatures. She finds Leland messing with his goggles. She takes the tube out of her mouth to ask, "What's wrong with them?"

"Can't get it to stay tight on my head." He says back. Taylor swims over to him and grabs the goggles from him. She pulls one of the plastic strings back and hands it to him.

"Try that."

He puts them back on and puts his face into the water. "What would I do without?" He asks bringing his head back up.

"Go blind." She says. He splashes her with a smile, and then Taylor does it back. She quickly goes under the water and swims away before he can get her again. She sees him start swimming off in another direction.

Taylor continues to swim and look at the different coral reefs she finds. Some are pink, some are yellow, but a lot of them are red. Taylor looks ahead and sees a nurse shark swimming below her. She watches as it glides through the water and then it's out of her sight.

She goes above the water and looks to see where she is. She turns slightly and makes sure she can still see the boat. Once she finds it, she dives back into the water and begins going all the way down to the sand. This part isn't deep, it's kinda like a sandbed. She sees some stingrays and other creatures she doesn't know.

She swims until she finds a little group of leopard sharks. They seem really little to her and she realizes they must be babies. She begins to swim away not wanted to disturb the big ones that will be coming back.

She goes back to the top of the water and looks around for the boat again. She sees that she went really far and begins to swim back. When she's closer to the boat she see's Julia wrapped in a towel. "All done already?" She asks and carefully begins to pull herself up onto the boat.

Julia jumps not knowing Taylor was there. "There you are. Where have you been?" She asks standing up.

"I was out there." She says confused.

"Isaac doesn't want any of us going anywhere unless we have someone with us. They're out looking for you." She says.

"I was fine and I'll go get everyone." She says, and before Julia can say anything she's back in the water. She finds Chloe first and motions for her to come over. "You wanna help me find everyone and tell them I'm fine and they're all being overdramatic?" She asks.

Chloe smiles and nods her head. "You have been gone for hours though, so it's understandable." She says and Taylor shrugs.

"Not like I'm keeping track of the time and I know how far I can go, and what to do if I'm stuck in a bad situation." She says.

"Yeah, have fun telling Leland that," Chloe says and then goes under the water. She goes to the left so Taylor goes to the right. She ends up finding Analyze and Jack together, Carson and Austin, as well as Isaac.

They all head back to the boat and find that everyone else is back. Leland sees his sister and the rest of the group. "I need to keep a tracking device on you." He says as Taylor pops her head out of the water.

"I was fine." She says as Analyze begins climbing up the ladder.

"I understand you've done this before, but in the contracts, it says that no one is allowed to go off on their own," Isaac says to her left.

"Sorry, I won't. I was just over there though." She says and points.

"Yeah, well I just don't wanna get fired." He says with a smile. Taylor nods her head understanding.

"Told you we should have read the contract," Leland mumbles.

"All 98 pages?" Taylor asks with a raised eyebrow.

"It's 98 pages long?" Isaac asks surprised with wide eyes. 

"Yeah, they have their asses covered if anything happens," Leland grumbles thinking about all the pages.

"No kidding," Isaac says and then he climbs the ladder. Taylor grabs onto the ladder with her left hand and begins to pull herself onto the boat once again. She almost loses her balance, but Austin pushes lightly on her back to keep her from falling.

"Who's hungry?" Carson asks holding a bag of something up. Everyone says me and he smiles. "Then let's get cooking."

Once everyone has a burger Carson and Leland put up the little grill and begin to make the rest of their burger. The group's all sitting in the front of the boat, some on the ground and some on the seats. The food gets passed around between everyone.

"Does someone have the onions?" Leland asks sitting on the ground next to Taylor. Jack hands them over and Leland gives them to his sister.

"Thanks," Taylor says before putting some on her food.

Austin looks over and notices that Leland doesn't eat onions and wonders why Taylor didn't just ask for them. He watches as Taylor finds what she wants and then asks Leland to ask for it. He looks at her confused and then feels a slap on the back of his head. "Ow." He turns around and sees his cousin shaking her head at him. "What?" He asks.

"Stop staring at her, gosh." She says and he rolls his eyes.

"I wasn't staring, I was just trying to see who had the mustard." He lies and Layla raises her brow.

"But you already have mustard on your burger." She smirks. He looks down and realizes she's right.

"I was just trying to figure out why she doesn't ask for what she wants. She has her brother do it." He says and Layla isn't smirking anymore.

"Just stay out of that ok. Don't go putting your nose in places it shouldn't." She warns with a serious tone.

"It's kinda hard not to. She had...whatever that was a the beach yesterday, seems to hate confrontation, and definitely doesn't like attention drawn to herself." He says and Layla looks at everyone before back down to him.

"I can't tell you why she's like that, but you need to just accept that that is how she is. Don't ask her about it and don't say anything to anyone about it." She says again with a serious look. Austin nods his head but is still confused.

He doesn't understand what's the big deal about it and why he can't ask her about it. He looks back over at her, and sees she's laughing about something. She's shaking her head at Analyze and Analyze busts out laughing. Layla gets up from her spot off of the seat and goes to sit down next to Taylor. Taylor looks up at her with a smile and she smiles back.

Layla looks back over at Austin and knows that he's not going to drop the subject. She looks away from him and begins to join in on the conversation hoping to distract herself from thinking about what he's going to do.

"Alright, now let's get into groups," Isaac says standing up and clapping his hands once to get their attention.

"Me and Analyze," Jack says. Isaac nods his head and then looks at Julia.

"Carson and I." She says and laughs as Carson's already getting his flippers on. Isaac turns to Austin, but before he can say anything Layla speaks up.

"Taylor and I." She says with a smile. Taylor smiles back and nods her head. Layla knows Austin's watching her, but she ignores him and follows Taylor to go and grab their things.

"Ok, Jack and Analyze, Julia and Carson, Layla and Taylor, Leland and I, and then Austin and Chloe?" Isaac asks making sure everyone's with someone. They nod their heads. "Ok, and remember to make sure you can see the boat, keep checking. You don't know how fast the current can take you without you knowing." He reminds them. They nod their heads and then begin making their way into the water.

Layla and Taylor begin swimming opposite of where Taylor was last time. The two race a little while before finding a spot with a lot of turtles. Taylor goes under and swims next to one. Layla does the same and the two smile.

The turtles continue on their journey not caring that the two are following or that they touch their shells. The two girls go back up and Layla squeals. "That was so cool." She says looking back down.

"Let's go see what else we can swim with," Taylor says and goes back under.
