Chapter 9
"Hey, Sweetheart, do you want to come over to my place?" one of the men I trained with said. He smirked and gave me a wink, and I gagged. "I can let you ride me all night long."
"I do not think that you should be in this place, Sweetheart," another male warned. "This isn't a place for females like you to be at."
"Shut up," I said, hating the fact that they were treating me differently because I was in a dress. "Where's Mitch?" I glanced around, trying to find the owner.
"Great, a slut," the male muttered. "Why don'-"
"Exc-use me?" I asked, shocked and appalled that I was being compared to a slut. My nose flared, and my lip twitched. I was angry, and all I wanted to do was punch this asshole until he cried. "You know what? I do not need my fucking bag. Get your ass into that ring right now. We are going to dance, Bucko."
The male laughed as if what I said was a joke. "Me and you dance. Please. You aren-" He didn't get to say a word when I latched onto his ear and pulled him to an empty ring. "Oooow. Ok, jeez fine. I'll fight chu. No need to pull off my fuckin' ear." He rubbed his ear when I let go and went in.
I almost punched Ethan when he stopped me from entering the ring. "What?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. I had this dangerous look in my eyes, and I could tell that he was worried about the other person.
"You need a bow," he said, holding out a bow. "I forgot I snuck it off your counter."
I snorted but didn't say a word while I pulled my hair into a bow. I made sure that the person I was fighting saw my tattoo and smirked when he cussed.
"Umm... hey, Chris. I didn't know it was you," the male said. "I-"
"Shut up, Dominic," I said, pointing at him. "You knew what you were doing." I glared at him, and he shrunk back into himself. "You knew the moment that you opened your mouth when I stepped in here. It should not matter if I walk in here in a dress or normal clothes. It shouldn't even matter if another female walked in here, and you don't know her. You. Do. Not. Treat. Anyone. Like. That!"
"What's going on here?" Mitch asked, coming from somewhere in the gym. He looked at me and then looked at Dominic, who looked like he was about to piss his pants. "Parents?" he asked.
"Big time," Ethan replied. "Chris, go change into something else. You will feel much better if you were in your regular clothes. 'Sides, he looks like he's going to piss his pants."
I narrowed my eyes at Ethan, and he shrunk back and held out his hands in mock surrender.
"You should, Chris," Mitch said, and I glanced at him. "It'll help make sure that you do not kill him and get Dominic some time to man up."
I huffed but nodded my head. "Fine," I muttered. "I still have clothes in your office?"
Mitch nodded his head. "I'll get your clothes," he said and started that way. He turned to look at me and pointed. "No fighting."
I grinned innocently. "No promises."

The rest of the weekend flew by, with me staying up in my room or with Ethan and out doing something.
Saturday night, I did win the match against Dominic and had another match with another worker. By the time I had gotten home, I was exhausted and went to my bedroom and made sure that my parents didn't see me. I knew that if they did, then they would lecture me about having to stay on the premises when there was a guest.
On Monday, I started my Senior year in high school with a little help from some coffee.
"Chris!" someone yelled my name, and I looked that way. An African American female, who had been my best friend since diapers, ran towards me, waving her hand.
I stopped and took another sip of my coffee, hating Mondays even more than I had in the past. I was tired, even though I had gotten to bed at midnight. "What?" I asked, taking another sip of my drink.
Eevie stopped in front of me and frowned. "You look like death," she said, and I scowled. She grinned innocently and held up her hands in mock surrender. "Sorry, not sorry."
I scoffed and rolled my eyes but didn't comment. "Why are you so cheerful this morning?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. It wasn't usual to see her this cheerful on Monday mornings, every morning at least.
"Wellll," she droned out, and I groaned in annoyance. "Drew Barren is coming to Frasier High!" she exclaimed, squealing as she jumped up and down.
I mentally groaned, not really wanting to deal with him. It was bad enough that I knew his name, but most of my social media sites had been blowing up about him and everything like that. "Not him," I complained. "Anyone but him."
"Sorry, Sweetcheeks, but it is me," the annoying voice of Drew said.
I groaned and turned around to see Drew standing before me with a couple of girls hanging off of him. "Cupcake," I said, and the male scowled. "What are you doing here?"
"I go to school here, Pumpkin," Drew said. He nodded his head behind me. "Are you going to introduce us?" He flashed her a "winning" smile that only caused me to scowl.
I turned around to see Eevie looking between him and me, shocked. I turned back towards Drew, who was smirking. "Hmmmmm, how about... no." I gave him an annoyed look. "Have fun with your crowd of followers." I turned away from him and walked away, pulling the speechless Eevie after me.
My life keeps getting better and better.
Please, note the sarcasm.
