Harmony
When you lived in a city that was created to be perfect people often conformed to that expectation. There were so many rules that people must follow even more for women. They must change themselves to fit the idea of perfection to the eyes of Vishkar. Yet in this community lived and breathed a small rebellion that enjoyed the stares. The perfectly imperfect. "Satya this is the girl." A man in a flawless uniform gently pushed a girl dress in colorful clothing that didn't fit the blue and white colors of a standard Vishkar uniform. It was almost refreshing to Satya to see some splash of color in her black and white world.
Though she would never admit it Satya was getting tired to the rules, she just wanted to be free for once. As the door shut with out a sound Satya's amber eyes scanned the woman with interest as her eyes danced all around the room in wonder. "This place is stunning." Satya beamed with pride at her comment she had specifically designed her own office. "If you don't mind me asking why am I here?" Satya suppressed a laughed brushing a strand of hair out of her face. This was a professional encounter nothing more, yet why did her heart race?
Her clothes were a mix of a modern leather jacket with a plain white tank and more traditional Bedouin fabrics the hung around her waist dangling elegantly over her dusty pants. The colors were dazzling. "Take a picture it lasts longer." The little comment made her crack a smile before regaining composure.
"Vishkar would like to know the motives of your people." Their free nature shattered the illusion of a controlled community and was seen as rebellion. The girl smiled tucking some hair behind her ear.
"Don't worry we'll be out of your hair soon." Satya was deeply confused. Utopia was one of the only large and safe cities for miles. "My people are nomadic we hate staying in one place for too long." Her heart dropped. Satya wouldn't be able to see the woman ever again after they left. Why did she feel this way?
"Will I see you again?" Satya blurted out her face turning a deep shade of red. The woman laughed her smile was already one of Satya's favorite things about her.
"Just ask someone dressed like me if you could see Y/n. " She stood still taking in the beauty of the room. "I will always make time for you."
{Would anyone like a part two?}
