Chapter Eleven
Third POV
Draco gently elbowed Severus and Tom and nodded at a peacefully sleeping Harry. They all silently cooed at how cute he looked, with his wavy raven hair, black doe ears, dark brown antlers, pouty full lips, petite frame, soft ombré wings, playful tail, and delicate scales, framing his face and body. No one could say that their mate was not ravishing on his own. It warmed all of their hearts to know that this gorgeous creature was their mate, only theirs and no one else's. Tom carefully moved Harry to be able to carry him bridal style, and the quartet silently walked out of the room and toward a patiently waiting Griphook.
"I assume everything is alright now?" Tom nodded his head, taking the lead as the head dominant. "Yes, thank you for alerting us of his presence. That spell was very advanced concealment, do you happen to know which one he used?" Griphook smiled evilly. "You have a very mischievous mate, Lord Slytherin. I would suggest you ask him yourself, as I do not know the answer." All three men smirked, already knowing their mate's Gryffindor tendencies. "I will take note of that. Thank you, Griphook. We will be leaving now." Griphook nodded, and stepped forward. "Then let me accompany you to the entrance hall. We wouldn't want you getting lost." All three creatures knew the threat behind the statement, and acquiesced. Griphook walked into the hall, and Draco quickly cast a notice-me-not spell on Harry and Tom gave a quick pec to Draco in thanks. Severus chuckled and gave Draco a pec as well. Draco snickered and gave Harry a pec on his forehead. Severus and Tom both glared at Draco's cheeky smile, but they shook their head and chuckled as they walked out. Griphook stood at the entrance to the hall and watched as Tom, Severus, Draco, and the hidden Harry disapparated back to Malfoy Manor. Griphook wished him luck, and walked back to his office.
As Harry was apparated to Malfoy Manor, he woke up and quickly latched onto Tom, not wanting to be splinched. Upon landing in the living room, Tom chuckled and kissed Harry's forehead, causing Harry to blush. "Awe, our little Harry is embarrassed by a simple kiss." Draco teased Harry, causing him to blush more. Severus chuckled, but stood up. "I'm going to the potions lab to finish my potion, it should be about ready to begin the final process." Tom nodded and Severus walked out of the room, robes billowing. Harry giggled quietly and Tom cracked a smile. "I have some work to do, so I'll be going to my study now. Draco, why don't you give Harry a tour of the manor?" Draco beamed. "That's a great idea Tom. Come on Harry, I'll show you around."
As Draco talked about his home, Harry zoned out and watched his mate talk enthusiastically about his home with a cute sparkle in his eye. Even if Draco towered over him, to Harry in an uninfluenced mindset, Draco was an excitable puppy, adorable, funny, and sweet. Speaking of his influence, Severus was much more carefree than the man he used to remember. Severus seemed to be strict, but capable of accommodating and changing to help others, though no matter which way Harry saw him, he would always think of Severus as selfless. Severus though, was the second hand to Tom, the most dominant. Tom seemed to be rather hard-headed, but he was also the most protective of Harry's mates. A stray thought came upon Harry, and Draco seemed to see his uncomfortableness. "What is it Harry? Do you not like the ballroom?" Harry chuckled nervously. "Umm... no, it's about Tom's work... Does he still... you know..." Harry pleadingly looked at Draco, and Draco laughed, knowing what Harry was thinking. "No, he doesn't kill people- he never did. Dumbledore has planted thoughts inside of your mind, fake memories, if you wish. Tom was never called 'Lord Voldemort', he has always been Tom, but some fanatics call him 'my lord'. It is not like Tom can control their every action." Draco laughed at the thought, and Harry doubted all that he really knew. Exactly how much had Dumbledore messed with his mind, his very thoughts? He felt more violated than on the night that Uncle Vernon laid in his bed. Internally shaking his head, Harry continued on the inquiry. "Then what does he really do?" Draco smiled kindly and gently took Harry's arm, leading him to a couch in the living room, as the tour had just finished. Harry and Draco both sat down next to each other, and Harry couldn't help but lean against Draco as the more-dominant mate talked of their dominant. "Tom has a campaign to help the Wizarding World as a whole. He wants to have pure blood or half blood families adopt muggleborns into their own families, while obliviating the parents of the muggleborn, to help keep the Statue of Secrecy. He also wants to bring back some of the lighter, darker, and trivial classes that Dumbledore cut from the Hogwarts' curriculum. Why do you think there are so many empty classrooms in that building?" Harry actually took a minute to think about it and giggled at his obliviousness. Draco chuckled and leaned back a bit, resting his head lightly on the couch's back, spreading his arms in an all encompassing gesture, Draco made a proposition. "So, Harry... what do you say? Do you want to join the side of Thomas Slytherin? Or do you want to remain neutral? I believe being on Albus' side is out of the question." Harry giggled at his mate's excessive ness, but nodded. "I will remain at the sides of my mates. Dumbledore has messed with too many lives for me to just sit here and watch. After all, what could possibly be a better way to deal a damaging blow to the 'light' than to have their very own 'Golden Boy' side with the 'darkness'?" Draco hugged Harry to his side and delicately kissed his ear. "I'd hoped you'd say that."
