Evan: good evening. sorry to be messaging so late but i just wanted to make sure everyone got the itinerary for the group activities next week. they switched up some of the groups to better promote teamwork or whatever so please check that document to make sure you know where to go, when to go, and who we will be with.

TIME: 10:28 P.M.

"Well, John is convinced that Swagger is breaking up with him." Evan put his phone down as Brian settled next to him on the floor, placing the box of tissues between them. "Did we get too much food, you think?" Laid out in front of them was enough chinese takeout to feed a small family.

Brian shrugged. "We can just pack up whatever we don't eat and heat it later." He pulled Evan to him and pressed a kiss to the side of his head. "What's up with John?"

"Swagger got mad that John tells me about their sex life- entirely against my will, by the way- and it turned into an argument between Cam and Swagger because Cam was like "well of course John is going to tell Evan they're best friends and John is an over-sharer" and things just got out of hand from there." He picked up his phone and opened his messages with John once more. "Look. This was the conversation." Evan handed the phone over as he picked up a plastic fork to dig in.

"Yikes." Brian put the phone down. "I bet there's gonna be a long argument there."

"Yeah," Evan agreed, "but I thought they had already talked about that when they got together, and so did John. So, he was upset when Swagger brought it up."

"John was upset? Swagger was the one who got cheated on."

Evan whipped his head around. "Swagger already forgave him for that. And the argument was so petty."

"Forgiving someone doesn't mean it just goes away, Evan."

"No, but if you can't see yourself moving past it then maybe you shouldn't agree to date them?"

Brian shifted so that he was just an inch or two further from him, raising his voice. "Oh, so you think cheating is okay?"

"When did I say that? I'm just saying-"

"You're the one who thinks Swagger should just get over it-"

"I didn't say that at all!"

"Maybe he thought he could handle it and now he's realizing that he can't? John is just throwing a fit because he's too sensitive to own up to his mistakes."

"But he did? Don't you remember the whole thing with Swagger when they started dating? John has said he's sorry and has owned up to it since the beginning! Why are we even arguing about this?"

"Because it's not that simple, Evan!" Brian yelled, startling Evan into shrinking back slightly, his eyes a bit misty.

"Why are you yelling at me?" Tears sprang to Evan's eyes.

Brian's face fell as soon as he saw Evan begin to cry. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Evan. I didn't mean to yell. I'm sorry." He pulled Evan close, mumbling more and more apologies into his hair. "I'm not mad at you. I didn't mean to yell. Talking about cheating just reminded me of Craig, and I was angry and my mind blanked for a second. I know what you were trying to say. I'm really sorry."

Evan shifted his face so that his voice wouldn't be muffled by Brian's embrace. "It's okay. I just wasn't expecting it."

Suddenly Evan was no longer being embraced, and instead Brian had placed a hand on each of his cheeks, cupping Evan's face in his hands as he locked their eyes. "No. It's not okay, Evan. We were having a nice night, just talking, and now I've made you cry. That's not right at all, and I'm sorry. I shouldn't speak to you that way." He pecked Evan's lips. "I love you, Ev."

Evan sniffled, a few stray tears running down his face- silently wiped away by Brian's thumbs. "I love you, too. Just don't yell at me anymore, okay?"

"Never again."

Kryoz: and swags was like no but yeah but no?? its complicated because i love what we have now between all three of us but sometimes it just hits me all over again and i dont know how to feel about it then i asked if he wanted to break up and he was like wtf??? no??? and so was cam

Kryoz: but then i was like but what happens when we all get together in person like is this just going to keep coming up? bc like emotionally i cannot handle that as you know and swags was like i dont want it to and then cam suggested we all go to relationship counseling (we had a mini debate if its still couples counseling if theres three of us) and swagger was like thats kinda jumping the gun and i was like yeah isnt it kinda soon i mean the relationship is so new we should give it a few months and swags was like yeah but i dont want you to keep crying about it (which hurtful but yk fair) and cam was like well its not like theres anything you could do until the trip is over anyway and me and swags agreed

Kryoz: but long story short we are just going to keep an eye on the situation and if this happens again i will get my own room or cam may fly out just so that we can each have our own space
