Alex was standing hands crossed, leaning against a wall where Brono and David were assembling the new gadgets which I guess he brought from town. Seeing me, he had his face lit up and I was feeling something jittery in the insides. Nat, eyeing me from the corner of her eyes, smiled at his sincerity. However, my insides flexed knowing that her heart belonged to him. From the short span of time, I assumed the look and manner of David were something dedicated to Natalie but she was completely ignorant of it. I was becoming a total love guru too soon and I smiled at my own stupidity.

Inside my own train of thoughts, I didn't see Alex standing near to me in his black vests and torn blue jeans looking quite handsome.

In a matter of seconds we assembled in the jeep and fled out; not before Natalie securing the place with electric current and passwords. I was astonished and felt like laughing but Alex picked my hands in his and said, "Too many wild eyes to pluck my berries." I smiled at the irony of his words but didn't reply back to that comment.

It just took few moments to reach the town which was not as crowded as it was in my town... Drinking in the sun and giggling to the wind, I was happy and before I could close my eyes to devour it, Brono parked the vehicle and everyone jumped out. Just the wild girl in me too jumped out of the vehicle which stirred some eyes on me, but, I was me who was unafraid and fierce, thus I smiled and walked with Alex and Nat who stood by my side.

"So, Angela... you like this place?"

"Smaller than my town, but it's quite cool. Not too crowded and just the space I need."

"Hmm, well I would like you to wander around this place and take it all in. You, Nat and Stacey, go to the mall and buy whatever you want and that means to Angela alone. For you guys, you know how much I am willing to pay." this induced many groans and Alex got good many punches and slaps. He was really a nice guy who cared his sisters in the pack. I was slowly falling so hard in love with this chap here. "So, I and the boys will be there in the pub, come around seven to the club and we can dance the night away."

"Sounds interesting; and, Alex... you sure you said anything?"

"Yes, for you anything, just tell the cashier my name and he will do the rest."

"Come on Angel, we got a lot to do before the club kicks in. you know, Black Bird Band is playing tonight and they pretty rock in kicking our sense. They play the most awesome Pop gone Punk songs and we don't want to lose them tonight." Stacey was in high spirits and Nat was comparatively sullen.

"Nat... are you okay?"

"It's just the jealous vibe girl, what did he see in you?"

"Oh, my...I am feeling real bad to stand next you knowing about that every single minute."

"Oh no, don't... I was just... besides, I am starting to feel the something from David you know."

"Finally... thank god." Cried Stacey who was thoughtful for Nat and I obviously knew that she must have known their chemistry.

Laughing hard I stared at Nat who was the color of strawberry and she was just too cute for my taste. "Oh, Nat, if I was gay, I would feel you just the same way as David does. But, I am not, so let's keep the humor aside and like she said, finally my dear, you saw it too."

"Oh, my, you felt it too! Was it that obvious?"

"Totally," I and Stacey said in unison which made her lower her head and cover her face which was bright beetroot.

Teasing her and talking about many things, we walked into the first shop I saw and they started picking dresses which were too small for my size. The sales girls looked at me alarmingly and turned her full attention to the two beautiful girls in my trio. Nat picked two dresses and one jacket, while Stacey picked three dresses and one purse. Their full face fell seeing me sitting on the chair waiting for them. They rushed to me and asked if I picked any dress and I said, I don't think they had any.

"Hmm, excuse me... do you have something of her size?"

"If we have stocked something of her size we would have gone bankruptcy. Shall I bill your picks?"

"You insolent girl; who do you think you are? I want to talk to your manager and here are your stupid clothes, if you don't have any for her, I won't have as well." Shouted Nat at the girl who stood like a deer caught in the headlights. I was beyond shocked to stop her outburst and I saw Stacey in the same color as her.

"Guys, please... let's just go. Bill these up please."

"No way, you keep quite. Call you manager." Stacey shouted at me which placed me shut in the place I was standing.

"How may I help you ladies?" said a soft voice which belonged to a man who was more handsome than anyone I have ever met and this quieted down my friends too. He was clad in a black button down shirt which was rolled up to his elbows with soft white sweatpants. Quickly regaining their composure they narrated what happened and he looked at me earnestly with a soft smile. I was melting in his stare and the girl was fretting.

"Hmm, Diana, do you want to get fired? You might not then be able to save up for the tickets you want for Justin Bieber's concert."

"I am sorry Nate."

"Say that to her and know this that you have been reduced half the pay. And, you... my charmer, I am sorry we don't have dresses of your size but the Rubies Corner you see over there, have sizes just your shape. By the way, may I know your name please?"

"Angelina. Thanks for your kindness."

We walked out fanning ourselves and that earned some manly laugh from the guy who walked back to the store saying something to the girl who looked ashamed. I was half angry at them and half relieved that someone stood for me.

"You needn't have done that."

"Friends who don't stick together are like a loose chain on the bike, you won't be able to trust them," Nat replied coolly while pulling me to the shop Nate showed us. Opening the door we were once again met with three handsome men and one gorgeous brunette lady who was smiling cheerfully at us. The brunette walked to my side and said, "Nate called; I have just the thing for you girl. You look pretty hot yourself."

Blushing, I turned to see a blond guy with cute dimples winking at me. I turned to my friends and my eyes watered seeing them; cause if it was not for them, no one would have turned the second glance at me and now if people are showing me any sympathy it's because of my friends and I had to agree mentally to what Nat said to me earlier, "You need good friends."

We skimmed through the dresses and acquired two attractive dresses which beautifully shaped me and I no longer looked the fat pea-like I was in my sweats. Picking it up, we walked out toward the food corner and once again, too many eyes were staring at me. Some were smiling, some frowning; but, I didn't care as I had a boyfriend who was awesome and handsome and friends who cared me to their graves. God, did I just say boyfriend? Oh, my...So, I was the happiest girl in the world and it must be the glow on my face which made them turn around to their businesses.

But I was so wrong. The reason why people left me to it was that of the intense fierce look on my friend's faces. I had to laugh because reality hit me like a lightning, for it was their stare that made them turn their faces. Not my happy gleams. I laughed hard again which raised my spirit. I just needed a good laugh.

I wondered how Alex got this famous. It was then Stacey who cleared my doubt over a slice of chocolate cake.

"Angelina, this place- Grover's, is named after Alfred Grover pahimshna."

"What?"

"I don't know how to spell his last name, but, he was a stunter and this town is named after him. We are known for our stunt skills. Alex is the champion here you know, and he is known as the Grover IInd, a title which is so hard to get and to be honest, a title which our rival pack is so trying so hard to achieve."

"Now I get the celeb treatment, wow, so much in so little time."

"I know. And Nat is our heroine; there is no one girl in the entire sixteen packs who can beat her with it. She is a genius."

"Oh, Stacey stop it...you are pretty good yourself and you got the second runner-up last year and this year you try to achieve the Fe Alpha- Trophy."

"Huh, this ought to be the joke of the millennium."

"What is this Fe-Trophy?"

"It's Fe Alpha- Trophy. This stunt show, in Plymouth, is an amazing show. There will be sixteen packs altogether and this year we heard a rumor that there is a new team though we are not sure about it. So, we fight for the overall championship; that is the one we have been bagging for the last five years and still proud of it. Then we have the Alpha- Trophy for the best male stunter and Fe Alpha-Trophy for the best female stunter. Destined Award is an honorable award which is given to the team who bags most trophies along with medals. It is a wonderful time with lots to do and lots to feel. We feel it's going to be awesome with you."

"I really want to feel it. When is this?"

"To the last of January"

"That is like six months from now."

"Yes, you say that with disgust and I have to tell you... this is going to be hectic for us."

"Oops sorry"

I was feeling excited for the bike race and I wanted to be a part of it, not the audience, but being a performer. For now, I need to keep that away from my mind. Something nagged me in my mind to take into consideration that someone was actually watching me. I brushed it off as convincing myself that a fat girl was in fact a site to see and if there were two beautiful species to the left and right; then, heck yeah... people had a reason to stare. Stacey held my hands while walking out with a face which said, 'don't you dare.' And, I was like laughing if it was not Nat, who looked at me and said, 'I should not utter a word'. This time, no one had the guts to look at our way and I was enjoying every second of my treatment. Joking and laughing, I held onto them tightly, never wanting to lose my new life of bliss.

Suddenly from nowhere I missed my brother and wanted to talk to him, so, I picked up my phone and called him.

"Who is this?"

"Fabio"

"Holly marmalade, you think of calling me now, after four days?"

"But... I was so shocked to myself and it was you who sent me away."

"What? I didn't send you away anywhere, yea, Alex told me about his plan of taking you to a road trip. But, I didn't know where and he didn't tell me."

"What?"

"Anyway, he updated me everything two days ago and I know about his little secret, so, you don't worry. It's good to hear your voice."

"It's for me too. But, he lied to me."

"Angel, leave it if you are enjoying... don't ruin the rapture."

"Ok... take care."

"You too and I have a surprise for you when you come back."

"Tell me."

"Ah-ha... don't get impatient my girl, it's an adorable secret which I don't want to break too soon."

"But..."

He hanged up on me and I knew it would end in vain if I tried to call him again, so I walked towards the bouncer who smiled at me affectionately and let me in which built an uproar with those who were waiting in the line.

Walking in, it was a whole new atmosphere as I have never been to a club before and this place was just beautiful. I was thrilled to be in such an atmosphere. Seeing me, he smiled warmly and walked out to me leaving behind a blond who was desperately trying to gain his attention. Oddly it reminded me of a celebrity and so I stood there and smiled at him.

"Hey my angel, I have been waiting for you." and with that he kissed me affectionately on my lips which pulled my legs together and steamed up my whole body. Pulling away he tenderly stroked my cheeks and smiled at me.

"You lied to me."

"So, you remembered your brother just now." His manly laugh was to be drooled over and the chicas were having a hard time to control their anger at me. "Love, if I told you the truth, will you be here with me? Besides, your brother knows this place and my dirty little secret, so you are completely safe."

"Thank you."

"I know you just needed that something which will boost you up from the insecurities."

"Wow."

His smile and wink were enough to tone my cheeks the right color I love. Smiling to myself, I walked towards the washroom looking at the arrows and turned a right from the bar towards the washroom when I was pulled inside to a dark room with such force that my 2oo lbs. physic was as light as a feather.

"You... damn you."

"I got you pretty hard, didn't I?"

"Alex, but how did you?"

"Ah, this place is my second home and my bro Jack owns this place. I know the darkest trenches if you are wondering how?"

"You really scared the living dream out of me with your dirty tricks."

"Aha, you don't know how much you turn me on."

"As if I am switching for you to play"

"That was nice, how did you guess it right?"

"I have got brains... boy."

"Well then figure this out."
