~ open up a solid color in picsart

~ select add photo and add the template

~ select screen and position the image

~ apply the design and press add image once again

~ add your png {if you don't have one there's a tutorial earlier on}

~ if it's cut off on the bottom like mine, position it along one of the lines. If not adjust it wherever for your liking

~ go to blending modes and select screen

~ apply image and save to camera roll

~ open in phonto and add text
