Alex is a demon dog, he is a German Shepherd demon dog and was sent by Ava's father to protect her.

Alice is never seen, but she helps Ava on missions by being in charge of the tech. She is also a tech genius.

Prince
He is the villain in this story. He is in charge of all the attacks on Ava and wishes for her to be dead. He believes that if she dies than there won't be heaven or hell to go to, and he will stay on Earth forever.
