I had layed back down rubbing my newly cut and bandaged wrist as I cried.

My (h/c) hair draped over my face as I did so. My eyes were puffy and red. My throat tightened up as i tried to say something when my mom came to my room.

She knocked and I didn't respond. "(Y/n) im coming in!" She said worriedly as she walked down the stairs.

She came back about 10 minutes later. I had barricaded my door with my bed and dresser. I was sitting in my windowsill about to jump out. I was crying the whole while.

"(Y/n) what are you doing?!" I heard my brother's voice call from beneath me. I looked down. A few tears dripped from my chin as he watched...

I can do it... I will do it... my mind was saying those two things over and over. My breathing hitched as I pushed off...
