The blinding light of the late July sun gleamed into the sleeping girls room. She groaned opening her eyes only to have to shut them immediately wanting nothing more than to glare at both the sun and whoever opened her curtains.

"Darling rise and shine today we go to the mall to find back to school clothes for you and your brother" Silver's mother said smiling.

Silver groaned covering her head with the comforting baby blue comforter her grandmother gave her for Christmas the year prior, only to have it yanked off by her mother yet again. Silver shivered and sat up figuring she was better off facing the frosty feeling of her hard wood floors than hearing her mother lecture her for the upteenth time about a proper sleeping schedule.

"I'm up, I'm up" Silver said looking at her mom.

"About time, now let's go wake up your brother" The woman said smiling at her daughter who smirked back.

"So you're telling me I was tackled by a grown woman and an almost grown woman who were giggling like school girls for back to school shopping?" Dylan said still slightly grumpy from being woken up by his hyper mother and sister.

"Pretty much" Silver said smiling.

"That and we mustn't forget your sisters 18th birthday is in a month, oh I can't believe my baby girl is going to be 18 soon" The twos mother said gushing over her daughter.

All of a sudden the trio was brought out of their conversation by a symphony of car horns as they realize that the light was green. The woman pressed on the gas petal as the car roared to life going towards the largest attraction the town had to offer, a three story mall the size of 3 football fields.

The mall had a parking lot that matched the size, with beige walls accented by black trim and silver lettering spelling out "Bleak Falls Shopping Mall" the large stone sign at the entrance of the parking lot said "The hippest joint in town".

"Mom this place is the cheesiest mall I've ever seen, even the convenience store in Sparrows rain had a better decor" Dylan whined slumping farther in his seat.

"Come on you two I'm sure this place will be great like an adventure!" The woman said smiling.

"This place is huge....." Silver said her jaw dropping seeing all the stores on the map infront of them.

"Yep.... How did they fit 200 stores in this place?" Veronica said curiously.

"Mom the place is the size of 3 football fields... Silver you ok?" Dylan asked his sister who they just noticed was staring off into the crowd.

"Yeah...." Silver said sounding distant.

The girl sat and stared at a boy in the crowd who looked surprisingly familiar. Sure enough it looked just like the boy from her vision, he walked into a nearby store and-

"SIS!" Dylan said jumping into his sister's field of view snapping her out of her trance.

"Huh? Oh sorry I was just thinking." Silver said following her brother and mother.

'that was him... Why was he there?!' silver thought as they loaded into the car with their finds from the day.

This thought plagued silver the whole drive to their house and far into her slumber that night after dinner.
