Jack's POV
We sat down on the bleachers somewhere in the middle section.
I didn't see anyone I knew except for Hercules, who was smiling about something. I realized he was smiling about me and Rapunzel holding hands. It felt so natural, I had completely forgotten. What does it mean? Does she want to be my girlfriend? Are we just really good friends? How am I supposed to know?! Hercules seemed to see my reaction because he was giving me a look that read, ' Just ask her!' I chose to ignore him and turned around to watch the assembly. Soon Principal Mickey stepped into the gym with a mike in hand. "Hello everybody!" He said in his naturally perky voice. Everyone said hi back, some happily, others groaned. "So...we have some teachers to introduce!" He handed the microphone to... a meerkat? "Awww it's so adorable!" Rapunzel gushed next to me. "Hello everyone! My name is Timone. Yes, I am a meerkat as all of you were wondering. I am your math teacher. Hey! I can here all of you groaning back there! Don't worry I'm not your average math teacher!" Everyone sighed in relief. Suddenly a warthog bounded up to the microphone along with a cricket. "Hello everybody!" He shouted in his deep husky voice. "I'm Mr. Pumbaa! I'm your science teacher. Science should be fun this year! Oh and this is my assistant Jiminy Cricket!" The cricket waved and up stepped a pretty woman. "Hello children!" She said in a British accent. "My name is Mrs. Mary Poppins. I am your choir teacher. I look forward to teaching all of you!" Suddenly a brawny, and very muscular man stepped up to the mike with a petite woman with short brown hair. The man introduced himself, "I'm Mr. Parr. I'm your gym teacher, so call me Coach Parr." The woman took the mike and said, "Hi, I'm Mrs. Parr," she smiled lovingly at her husband and I saw the girl next to us blush in embarrassment. She had long black hair that covered half her face, and I figured out she was probably their daughter. "I'm teaching powers education" Mrs. Parr continued. My face lit up. I nudged Rapunzel and whispered, "I'm taking that class." She whispered back, "Yeah me too." We smiled at each other and then looked away. Her face was red and I could feel mine getting hot.

Principal Mickey took the floor again, "Okay everybody. The assembly is now over," Everybody cheered. "You may go back to your dorms, and might I remind you no school until next week!" Everyone cheered again, including me and Rapunzel.

Everyone stood up and tried my best to hang on to Rapunzel in the stampede. Hercules came up behind us unexpectedly saying, "Hey Jack. Oops!"
He "accidentally" bumped into me. I tripped and Rapunzel fell down landing on top of me. "Oh my God Jack I'm so sorry!" She exclaimed trying to get off of me. In her rush, she just fell down again on my chest. "Sorry, I'm such a klutz!" she apologized. "It's okay." I beamed at her and we both blushed. "Sorry guys, let me help you up." Hercules said holding out his hands. We gratefully took them and he pulled us up easily. He smirked at me and raised an eyebrow. "It's okay Herc!" Rapunzel smiled at him. This time I raised an eyebrow. "You guys know each other?" I asked. "Yeah me and Hercules go way back. We hung out all the time when we were little right Herc?" He nodded with a toothy grin. "Yep. I know a bunch of stuff about Punzie here! From her favorite color to what she likes in a guy." She gasped, "Hercules!" She was clearly embarrassed and her face was as red as a tomato. "So I was gonna see a movie later do you guys want to come?" She asked changing the subject. "What kind of movie?" Hercules asked slowly. "A Chick Flik!" She said. I could tell she was testing us. "I'll go." I volunteered. "Yay! What about you Herc? Ya comin'?" She asked playfully. "Um, nah. I got a lot of studying to do. You know me... hittin' the books." He laughed nervously smiling. He was obviously lying through his teeth. "Oh I'm just kidding it's a horror movie!" Rapunzel giggled. "I don't know." Hercules teased. "Aw come on! It'll be fun! And I'm bringing my friend!" She smirked at Hercules who quickly gave in. "Yay!" She hugged us both and said "Meet me in my dorm 313 at 8:00!" She ran off to go find her friends when Hercules turned to me smirking. "What's so funny?" I asked. He chuckled, "A double date."
