"That was fun... in an excruciating way..." Ozone groaned as he collapsed on the rooftop of an apartment building near the attack scene in the alley far below. Panting heavily, Tiberius leaned against the edge of the roof as he muttered, "Sorry, I'm just in too much pain to fly."

"No problems, I get it," Ozone spoke reassuringly. Struggling to get back on his paws, the hairless cat limped over to the edge and looked around. There were skyscrapers here and there. However, there was one taller than the rest that caught his attention. Smiling, he called over his shoulder, "There's the Empire State Building! We must be near Fifth Avenue."

"Which means we're close to home," Tiberius concluded, breathing a sigh of relief. Heading back over to the old hawk, Ozone was purring as he stated, "I can't wait to get my paws around Snowball's neck and strangle him."

"May I suggest tossing him off the building?" Tiberius piped up.

Grinning, Ozone looked up at Tiberius. Ear flicking, he pointed out, "You know, you're not so bad when it comes to revenge plots against that rabbit."

"You're actually pretty good with coming up with escape plans," Tiberius admitted truthfully. Lightly tapping Ozone's forehead, he teased, "Who knows Ozone, maybe you actually have a brain bigger than a peanut in that thick skull of yours!'

"Though that sounded like an insult being mixed with a compliment, I'm just gonna take it as a compliment," Ozone replied, smiling. He was about to say something else when a gunshot rang out. A second later, Ozone could feel pain flaring up in his right hindleg as he cried out in pain. Falling over, he whipped his head around.

Holding a pistol in his paws while wearing a jetpack, Mason flashed his pearly white teeth at both Ozone and Tiberius as he sneered, "Good to see that you two are getting along cuz you can join each other in heaven together!"
