Chapter 12
Y/N's POV:
I was on my way to the Mystery Shack, skateboarding as fast as I could. Dipper had called me over to help solving the password to the laptop. As I neared the Shack, I saw Mabel talking to this blonde kid just before he hurried away. Dipper and Mabel seemed to be in the middle of an argument once I arrived.
"You know what?! FINE!" Dipper shouted, angrily. "Me and Y/N will just find the password without you!" Before I could say anything, Dipper grabbed my hand and dragged me away. We made it up to the attic and began testing out passwords.
"Passwords.. Passwords... Mabel is useless!" Dipper muttered under his breath. Suddenly, the laptop lit up.
"Too many failed entries. Initiating data erase in five minutes." The computer spoke. Dipper panicked and my eyes widened. We're gonna lose everything?! Suddenly, Dipper looked up at me.
"Y/N, do you have your necklace?" His voice cracked.
"Y-Yes..."
He placed his hand out. "Give it to me."
"W-What?! Dipper you can't possibly be thinking of-"
"Y/N, please! Give me the necklace!"
"No! We can find another way!"
"There's not enough time! Just hand it over!"
"Dipper, no!! I won't give it to you!"
He scowled. "Fine, then. I'll get it myself." Before I could say anything, Dipper leaned over and snatched the thin chain that hung around my neck.
"Dipper!! Are you crazy?! GIVE THAT BACK!" I attempted to reach for it but, he held it away from me.
"Bill!" He called out. "I want to make a deal!" The room turned to grayscale and Bill Cipher appeared before us, in his triangular form.
"Well, well, well... Someone's looking desperate. Oh! And Y/N! Nice of you to join us. " He spoke.
"What do you want, Bill?" I spat.
"Yeesh, kid. No need to get so hot-headed. Or perhaps, you'd prefer my human form?" Although, he didn't exactly have a mouth as a dorito, I could practically feel his smirk.
"Enough of this," Dipper said, impatiently. "Bill, I want to make it deal."
"Go figure." Bill rolled his eyes - I mean, er, eye. "All I want is a puppet. And it seems to me that you've got plenty right here!"
"I don't know... Mabel worked really hard on those..."
"Seems to me that one little puppet is a small price to pay to learn the secrets of the universe. And besides, what has your sister ever done for you?"
"Dipper, don't listen to him! He's playing you!" I held onto his shoulder. "We can find another way!"
"Tick-tock, kid." Bill held out his hand.
"Uh... Um... Fine!" Dipper said.
"Dipper, no!" My hand flew over my mouth.
"Just one puppet." He shook hands with Bill, a blue flame engulfing it. "So... Which puppet are you going to pick anyways?"
"Let's see. Eenie, meenie, minie... YOU!" Then, it happened all too quickly. In a flash, Bill had disappeared and Dipper had fell back. Cautiously, I neared him.
"D-Dipper? Are you okay?" I said, quietly. Dipper laughed maniacally and looked up. His pupils had turned to slits and his eyes glowed a faint yellow.
"I'm perfectly fine, Lightning Bolt!" He laughed even more. I stepped back into a stance and clenched my fists, prepared to fight.
"Where's Dipper?!" I demanded. Bill only smiled. "Answer me, or I'll fight you!"
"You can't hurt me, doll. Anything you do to me will only harm ol' Pinetree's body." He stated and I lowered my fists. He was right. I can't hurt him. Bill reached for the laptop, and I grabbed it. We both clung onto it, but Bill forced me aside before throwing it to the ground and smashing it.
"Sorry, kid, but you're MY puppet now! AHAHAH!" Bill laughed. As he walked around, he spoke out occasionally to who I assumed was Dipper. At least I knew he was still here.
"What did you do to him? Where is he?!" I glared at him. Bill only ignored me before throwing himself down the stairs... Literally. I followed him down to the kitchen.
"Don't you dare hurt him!" I shouted after him.
"Yeah? And who'll stop me?" Bill said, sticking forks and other cutlery into Dippers arms. I cringed.
"Say, where does Dipper keep that journal of his?" Bill/Dipper began to walk towards me. I began to walk backwards, eventually until my back hit the wall.
"I'll never tell you!"
"I've been your best friend for the past three years, Y/N and I know I can eventually get the answer out of you one way or the other. " He held my chin, forcing me to look up at him.
"Dipper!" Mabel's voice called out. "I'm using your journal as a prop in the show okay? Byeeee!"
Bill/Dipper... Actually, y'know what? Bipper grinned. "Off to the show!" He smiled deviously before running out. I sighed.
"Dipper? If you're here... I'll stop him. No matter what it takes, I will stop Bill." I say before chasing after him.

I followed Bipper backstage, watching as he asked Grenda where the journal was. It was up on the wedding cake prop. I quickly hurried up the stairs, before Bipper. I grabbed the journal and clutched onto it, just as he arrived.
"Well, well, well... What do we have here?" Bipper said. "You seem to be lost, Lighting Bolt - the exit's that way."
"Enough games, Cipher. I have the journal now, and you'll never take it from me!"
"Oh, Y/N, looks like you win. Guess I won't be needing this body anymore. Maybe I should, jump down to the stage?" Bipper smirked.
My eyes widened. "No! Don't you dare hurt him!!"
"Then why don't you be a good girl and hand over the journal..." He began to walk towards me, but this time, I stood my ground. His cold hands touched my chin, once again forcing me to look up at him. I hid the journal behind my back, desperately. He began to lean closer. I wanted to run from him, but I was... Afraid. If I try something, he'll hurt Dipper but if I don't, Bill could destroy the journal. Then, I saw Mabel from behind him and an idea came to mind.
"Oh, Y/N... You're much too precious for me, much too good." He smirked and his eyes flashed yellow. "But, I just can't resist..." Unexpectedly, he pulled me into a rough kiss. Unlike, Dipper, Bill was longing and hungry, as he harshly moved his lips on mine.
Yet, I couldn't kiss him back.
I could feel one of his hands reach for the journal. I took my free hand and shoved Bipper off of me.
"MABEL!!" I shouted and tossed the journal to her which she caught with ease.
"WHAT?!" Bipper shouted out in surprise. He turn to Mabel who hopped into the wedding cake prop. They fought over the book, until the wedding cake prop eventually fell to the stage, taking Bipper and Mabel with it. They both crash onto the stage, fighting for the book. Quickly, I find a rope and slide down it, landing with ease.
"GET OUT OF MY BROTHER'S BODY YOU EVIL TRIANGLE!" Mabel yells at him, smacking him in the face with the journal before running off.
"YOU CAN'T STOP ME!" Bipper shouts back. "I AM A BEING OF PURE ENERGY WITH NO WEAKNESSES!" He tackles Mabel to the ground.
"True, but you're in Dipper's body... And I know all his weaknesses!" Before Bipper could reply, Mabel began to furiously tickle the sides of Dipper's body. Bipper falls back.
"AHH! BODY SPASMS! WHAT ARE THESE?!" He cries in agony.
"Y/N!" Mabel says tossing me the book. I let Bipper chase me around before tossing it back to Mabel, having a mixed game of tag and monkey-in-the-middle. With one final toss to me, I punch Bipper in the nose.
Finally, Bipper collapses to the ground. A few seconds later he begins to stir. Suddenly, he jumps up.
"YES! I'm back in my own body!" Dipper fist-pumps the air. "And... Everything hurts... "
I folded my arms. "That's for making a deal with Bill, you dork." I laugh.
"But seriously, Y/N, I think you broke my nose..." Dipper whines as we walk off stage.
